very friendly staff. a bit outside the centre but bus stop closeby and big supermarket around the corner. nice cafes for breakfast or a drink opposite side of the big roundabout. enough parking capacity available when we stayed there.

Very Clean, fast check in & out.
Staff from reception ignore you all the time unless you ask for anything. No "ola, bos dias" "ola boas noites". Remember, we are costumers until check out!

I liked the customer service, when I complained about the noise from the lift, they changed my rooms without hesitation
Noise from the lift engine and the cleaners in the morning - my room was right next to the room they use for storage, I could hear everything

I liked everything. The location, free parking, staff, food, fair prices and fast check in and out. I highly recommend this hotel.
I can't say what I didn't like because it was excellent.

Renewed hotel, the negative point is that it is a bit far from the city center and that there is no restaurant around ( these are only block of flats ). We enjoyed the breakfast which was very tasty and a lot of choice. The price corresponds to the quality.
The room was a bit noisy, we could easily hear what happens in the adjoining room
