the guy in the night shift was very professional and provided great assistance.
the beautiful girls working at the reception during the daytime are not fluent in English and seemed very stressed because of it. i had problems communicating both via phone before my arrival and during my stay. they were not able to give clear instructions, nor to understand questions asked to them.

Was a little bit warm in the room although the air conditioning works the lowest temp.

The hotel ambience (especially the lobby) and room decor was exceptional. The view of the Warsaw skyline from the room was great and I'm glad that the hotel ensured we did get a room with a view after asking for it. Location was good, 9 minutes by walk from the centre of Warsaw. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended.
Breakfast was very good, albeit slightly expensive. The rooms were great but one very minor thing (for improvement) is that one needed quite a bit of force to open the shower door. These are only tiny nitpicks though.
