It’s a good hotel for long stay and for business trip.
Pros. Room was spacious

Pros. The room size, how prompt staff is on fixing things/problems.
Cons. The breakfast being shut down was super irritating as I book for it specifically. There was a roach in our first room on the 4th floor(which was handled promptly and we moved up a floor) Something in the rooms ate me alive I am covered in bug bites! There’s a dead iguana by the pool that my husband reported that sat for 4 days up until we left so I’m sure it’s still there. 90% of the female staff have bad attitudes for idk what reason. And all we smelled was weed throughout the halls. I don’t mind it but I don’t want to smell it where I sleep. It’s an obnoxious smell. The beds are seriously dated and need upgraded. They’re stuff old and I could feel the springs coming up on all four beds from both rooms. It was not a very pleasant stay to say the least. I also booked for a room with a safe which it did not have.

Pros. The night we stayed at a comparable hotel and it was horrible. Ther wa construction going on. Low water pressure made washing my daughter could boy brush. The room was noisy an it smelled. The Springfield was none of those things. The room was lovely and smelled good. Goo water pressure and lots of hot water was available. The staff ere warm and made us feel welcome. We will return.
