Check in/out process was the easiest experience I have had in a while. This was my second stay at this location and will continue to use this anytime I come back to Ohio to visit family.

The room was awesome, clean & well stocked. Pool was an amazing. Check out was a breeze The check in clerk was so slow, rude, & wasn't very helpful. Check in took over 20 minutes even tho I'd already paid in full. Was disappointed in that greatly.

This hotel made a lot of improvements over the last time we stayed there. We were very satisfied with the room and stay.

I like that it has a pool, breakfast, free internet, cable with HGTV, is removed but not too distant from my destination in Portsmouth, and that it's surrounded by all sorts of eateries. I found some dark, long hair in the white linens; the cloth coverings on the table chairs had some kind of white stuff on them. Although it is totally non-smoking now, the upstairs rooms particularly still smell like smoke- vent systems carried the smell

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of room. When we travel that is one of the most important things to us. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The only bright spot in our stay was the night desk employee who checked us in. The room was run down and dirty. The hallways smelled like an ashtray. Upon checke out they couldn't explain why I was being asked to sign a charge with someone else's credit card #. They photocopied my credit card and told me it would be filed in a box.

Unlike the Days inn next door my room didn't have Gnats No Wine or Beer Sales might want to let people know

On a night where other hotels had no vacancy, we pressed on and tried this one. Thankfully, they had availability, and helped us get a good rate. The room was clean, and looked just like the one in the photos on this site.
