Pros:Nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service and willingness to understand that we already paid for baggage, yet forced us to pay again.
Cons:We purchased tickets with baggage. Was forced to pay for baggage again at the airport. The people were rude, unwilling to work with us and almost made us miss our flight. We travel all the time and this was hands down one of the WORST experiences I have ever had

Cons:Food a bit minimal but the flights are all quite short so not a problem

Boarding went smoothly, the crew was ok, free coffee and tea. However the seat comfort is 0. The space between seats was not enough to have your own window, which I have never seen before.
