Nice breakfast. Great location.
Staff was non-responsive to complaints about issues with AC. Staff never followed up with us although we twice reported the issue.
Everyone we contacted, no matter what role or job the employee was doing, offered a pleasant demeanor and every effort was mans to accommodate and exceed any request or question

The room refrigerator and microwave ended up being quite convenient. We were particularly GLAD that given the other issues, that we didn't see any roaches or other bugs.
*Room didn't smell fresh, in fact, it smelled musky, with a damp, slight urine odor. * Maids did not clean our room, which was disappointing, especially since they looked directly at us when we left, which was BEFORE 12:00PM. (Staff made excuses for possible reasons why.) * Although we booked and prepaid online, the front desk manager took a swipe of our credit card for possible "incidental charges" when we checked in. Upon checkout we had NO additional charges but were denied a receipt of proof, when we asked for a cleared account statement. * The sheets DID NOT seem to be really fresh!

Our room came with a jacuzzi tub. I take showers and this tub was a trick to get in and out of.
