Pros (+) Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and seemed efficient. I liked that there were 2 indoor areas for water play in addition to the outdoor water park, especially since it was too windy and cold when we were there.
Cons (-) The beds were hard and the room style was dated. The towels in the bedrooms and pool area were small and very scratchy.

Pros (+) Really good price from Kayak, which made our first time at the Dells rather enjoyable. Basic amenities compensated for, which is perfect when exploring the Dells. The most important spots of the indoor pool area were usable, which is perfect for bad weather.
Cons (-) The resort was going through some renovations at the time, which robbed us the sports bar, half of the arcade, and a third of the park under repairs. No continental breakfast, and management was a little disorganized while we were there.
