The Victorian decor in the bar and the hotel
Serious lack of light bulbs in the room. Poor service at breakfast including very weak and undrinkable coffee
The breakfast and the bar and the price for drinks
The toilet in room 8 was not flushing
rooms are poor
The location was most probably the best feature of the Hotel. Good central position and was easy for my meetings around the Worthing area.
The room was not 100% clean, Karaoke was on until 11.30pm on a Monday evening when we had to rise at 6am - not ideal and especially when the staff didnt tell us!!! Parking was difficult and had to park down a dimly light alley way, again not ideal.
Staff are very friendly
Hotel is very old
Bathroom needs updating, no BBC on TV
Good location for Beach House Park Bowling Greens Clean comfortable rooms
No information for use of television sets
The entertainment went on for too long into the early hours for room that weren't sound proofed
the staff were very helpful when we needed to find a restuarant.
staff were friendly - you got what you paid for. Great location for Brighton and surrounding areas
Music was a tad loud although we were pre-warned about it before hand. They had live music from 7pm-11pm and then night club noise until about 2am!
