4 Stars Superior - GRAND HOTEL ZELL AM SEE is situated in a unique location on a private peninsula directly at the shore of lake Zell in the world-famous city of Zell am See in the middle of the Austrian Alps.
lake side view.
small rooms. not worth what we pay compare to middle and far easts hotels
every thing was good
they dont tell me that the landury takes 2 days to clean my clothes
the location is very nice and they offer parking free of charge
the check out is to early 1030 and the check in too late 1400
the location of the hotel is good
the hotel is below expectations. it's too old and need renovation. the staff were not so friendly and the service was horrible; I asked for an adabtor and the recepcionist told me to come down to the reception and pick it by myself while when i called the reception to send someone to pick up my lugagges to check out, they told me to wait for 15 mins because 5 people are checking out with me at the same time!!Also the food is not so good and the mini bar is poor. the towels were not enough for two persons! Also the toilet and the bathroom is separated. they are in different rooms. Also there is no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby! the rooms doesn't contain sound isolator; I heard the screams and the stories from my nighbor room.
the view on the lake
most of the staff in the front desk are very rude and not helpful. the food at the dinner is terrible. the lobby smell awful since the smoking is allowed !! there is no free internet in the rooms only in the lobby
it has the best view i have ever saw in a hotel
the train pass next 2 the hotel
The room did not worth the value for the price I paid. I categorize the room as a two stars and not a four stars hotel. I would not recommend it for the price I paid.
Fantastic location and panorama. We'll definitely go back
The room and view were amazing. We were able to stay there for a fraction of the cost that we would normally pay directly from the hotels site.
Sauna, view out of window, comfortable bed
I asked to bing me soap, but they have brought lots of showergel, maybe they had no soap at that moment...
