Worst ever experience both ways. If you live in US
Pros: 1. On the way from Amsterdam to Riga I was forced to place the second bag under the seat, although the flight was half empty, and there was plenty of luggage space available on the top.
2. After I bought tickets I called the 800 number (was on hold for 40 min) and requested aisle seats for both flights, which the representative assigned to me. On the way back I was placed by the window despite my previous reservation.
3. On the was back in the airport I was charged 40 EUR for the luggage. It was not specified anywhere during the booking, or on the ticket, and I am still disputing this charge.
I am traveling international 6-8 times per year, and this is the first time in my life when I feel like posting a negative review for the flight, but that's how I feel it this time.
