The whole place is filled with history. You feel like going back in time to the late 19th century. Everything is chic, stylish, very well kept. Rooms are spacious, filled with memorabilia.
The bathroom was a bit smell which probably comes with the old sewers used in the building.

The location was perfect. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful.
There didn't seem to be a natural bar area? There is a bar in the restaurant, but it looked like you could only really sit at the bar unless you were eating. It's nice to be able to sit somewhere (not in the room) and relax with a drink after work.

Great location; staff friendly and helpful; elevator is delightful.
Room was very dark - had to use phone flashlight to see into armoire. No way to adjust temperature in room, which was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. Friday night Casino noise was continuous and very loud.

The room had a weird smell and I was not given anything or an apology. The WiFi didn’t work. - the nice man at the front desk offered breakfast. I would like a small refund on the room, when the smell ruined most of my experience.
