Pros (+) Large room, king size bed. Table and chairs. Refrigerator and microwave. Location.
Cons (-) Bathroom is in poor shape. Sink and faucet needs to be replaced. Bathtub needs refinished from cigarette burns. Deadbolt doesn't work.
