Service is often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, though a few staff members are noted as pleasant or accommodating. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating the offerings and others finding it lacking. Cons (-) Run down, bad breakfast, pool advertised but definitely not there, broken lights.

Pros (+) The staff was great, very professional and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. Room was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities one would expect (fridge, coffee maker, microwave). During a 21 day trip in the Northwest, this was the best of the "cheap" motels we stayed in.
Cons (-) My only little quibble is that for a "cheap" motel (let's face it, a Travelodge isn't a Hilton or a Marriott) in Aberdeen (which is not Seattle!), it was still a bit pricey.
