Pros (+) The A/C unit worked amazing.
Cons (-) The housekeeping lady kept trying to come in after I told her no and had the 'Do not disturb' sign on my handle. The pillows were flat. My bedding was previously stained.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and shopping, and some found the staff friendly and the rooms recently remodeled. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently described as rude or unhelpful, with slow check-in, poor customer care, and unresolved complaints. The breakfast was widely criticized for limited options and poor quality, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a plus, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.AI-Generated from customer reviews
