Pros: I was able to use Hilton Honors points

Cons: The entire hotel was sweltering hot. They had no ac on in the hallways or elevators. The ac in our room never really seemed to cool the room down. The hotel ice machines were all broken. Breakfast was cold and they ran out of most everything at about 9:15. The floors in our bathroom were sticky. The shower floor was sticky.

Pros: The shower.

Cons: The toilet paper. You would think that a classy hotel would do better, when it comes to toilet paper.

Pros: The outdoor pool was very nice.

Cons: The evening clerk handed out room keys without authorization.

Pros: The bed was the best i have ever slept on in a hotel. I felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. My husband and I are looking into purchasing one.

Cons: The breakfast area was not organized in a manner that flowed well. I would have like to have butter and all things for my waffle in one location.

Pros: I like how helpful the night staff was. I didn't have to go downstairs for anything if I didn't want to.

Cons: I needed help with my luggage because I'm disabled and the only help I was offered was someone pointing to a luggage rack.

Pros: The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were inviting and comfortable.

Cons: I suspect it's a hard water thing, but the bathtub did not look clean, and there was no ventilation - wish there had been fans. Outside plantings needed attention.

Pros: The quietness of the place while sleeping after a long hard day was hoping to use the hot tub and could not because it was closed due to quote-unquote maintenance issues not a very good experience terrible customer service

Pros: Hotel itself was ok. got checked in and was given a handicap room that was located right by the lobby. I heard every person come and go out of there. was woke up at 6 am when breakfast started because it was served right outside my door, worst sleep ever!

Cons: I was given a handicap room when I soecified I didnt want one. If that room was all that was available I should have been told that. The location of the room is awful for anyone wanting to a tually sleep.
