Pros: n/a
Cons: No car was available even though reservation was confirmed. Missed the flight from Dallas because had no way to get to the airport in time.

Pick up lousy, return excellent
Pros: Vehicle nice and return in Wichita quick and easy.
Cons: Car not ready on time (50 min wait), fuel not full, rental fee confused. All this after having contacted Hertz prior to pick up to make sure all would be ready. Cleaning of car had not started upon arrival to pick up at designated time. Also, added insurance fee without asking if it was wanted, which it was not.
