Good on board service, 3 hours late to destination

Pros: The service was friendly and attentive
Cons: The flight was advertised as direct. I paid more than a earlier ticket assuming it was get me there faster. The 1.5 flight took 4.5 hours and I missed an important call.

Cons: The carrier changed the schedule without notifying me. I was left at the airport without any assistance from Air I'voire. They didn't put us in a hotel, they didn't give us meal vouchers, they ha no care or concern for me and my wife, and two other people in the same situation. I have never had an experience like this!

Cons: My scheduled return flight was canceled and I was not notified. The arilines did nothing for us. They didn't put us in a hotel, nor did they give meal vouchers - NOTHING!
All they said was that I hadn't given any contact details so it was not their fault. This airline has NO CARE for their customers! They had my phone number and e-mail address.
No matter, they should have taken care of us!

Cons: The food was not good. I could not eat the hard bread that was the main stuff to eat.

Pros: Flight was on time. No issues with boarding or disembarking. No complaints.
Cons: No beverages provided but was only a short 45 min flight.

Pros: Friendly crew, serious company
Cons: smell and aspect of the plane (dirty). did they ever clean the carpet since they received the plane?.
take off time change the day before (30 mn later than expected) + extra 45 minutes delay the day of travel.
