The hotel is in the centre of Alicante. The room was quite good with a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not extensive, but there was enough choice.

Location is great, rooms were exactly what we needed.
I stayed in one of the rooms in the first floor. I did not use the elevator to go in and out. Instead, I used the stairs, which were very dirty.

Everything else perfect. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent size room and bathroom with a bath, lovely and clean. Perfect location, just a few minutes from the tram stop and marina within easy reach.
There was no mini fridge in our room for keeping bottles of water cold.

Fairly good buffet breakfast.
30 storey building but we were given a room on the first floor. The balcony overlooked a back yard. Ask for a room on an upper floor.
