8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoy the transportation and convenience of the beach club. Food at the beach club is always good and the staff if quite friendly.
Cons: The beach club pool was too crowded on Saturday. A lot of noisy kids and adults who don't discipline. If you are going for adult time I would recommend a mid week stay. Friday was lovely. It would be nice to have pads on the lounge chairs on the beach to make the chair more comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the ease of getting around town and beach either via facility car or trolley. It was also close to beach, shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The only thing I did not like was not having a full mirror in the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beach club, car service, location on Atlantic Avenue
Cons: I usually stay at the Marriott because of the activities of the ocean. I was tracked it by a lower rate to it. I had stayed there many times. I forgot about the resort. Since I was there for a long day, the resort season ended up being more than the cost of the night. I prefer to know ahead Of time what I'm going to say, not being dri of time what I'm going to say, not being surprise at the end
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Walk to everything, large clean rooms, fun bar scene and nice coffee shop.
Cons: Courtyard room was a total stretch - my room (313) and my colleagues room (315) looked out at walls. At least put some trees out there or something. Also, the staff was pretty bad - especially the front desk who was unhelpful for the most part.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Food options were too limited for children.
7.1 Good
Pros: Standard high quality four seasons service. nearly every employee asks how you are doing, is everything meeting your expectations, is there anything they can do to improve your stay, etc etc. One small mistake was made by a wait staff person (they forgot chicken on a salad) - it wasn't a big deal to us, but he acknowledged it, apologized profusely, had his manager come apologize, and they comped our meal which was very nice. very comfortable bed.
Cons: - shower leaked onto the floor, sink faucet handle leaked water - aesthetic was rather drab at the hotel - didn't feel like 'palm beach' - no color, no pattern, no quirkiness or preppy style...faded olive umbrellas, exterior of building facing the beach looked run-down, pool was function-only (not much to look at) - location is good if you want beach-access but pretty far from the hedges and billionaires row that is quintessential PB - lots of kids in the pool. We were there in early January when school is out so this probably skewed the ratio but the first day we walked out to the pool it had lots of kids in it. We were hoping for something a bit more relaxing/serene as we were taking a vacation away from our own kids for a few days of R&R. - gym was in the basement...wish it had been with a nice view overall it could be great, but just needs a facelift in terms of design
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave they make you feel like royalty without any stuffiness. They go above and beyond even bringing our dog treats and realizing that my wife was pregnant brought us a cupcake with blue and pink frosting along with a bottle of non-alcoholic cider to our room. Herna at the front desk was a delight.
Cons: Nothing
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Oceanfront property, very nice spa that allows all guests to use its facilities regardless of whether not you book their services
Cons: the restaurant quality and choices are very limited
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. We booked it through KAYAK at a great rate for a room with a limited ocean view. When we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room with full oceanfront views at the same rate. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very quite and relaxing place. Great ocean frond location with residential area(mid rise) residential surroundings. Attentive service in understated aesthetically pleasing surroundings. Beachfront bar/coffee shop a great place for lunch but very limited menu. Restaurant more than adequate but not outstanding.
Cons: Hardly anything. You need a car to get around but you must use valet parking,at inflated rates, though the parking is on the sides of the hotel close and easily accessible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is awesome , very friendly and professional.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: staff was great, food was superb, place is really nice
Cons: cost
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel property is right on the beach, and the beach staff is friendly and accommodating, periodically bringing guests complimentary smoothies and frozen grapes and oranges. The pool area is lovely and well-kept, as are the dining rooms. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast buffet, though expensive, is delicious, ample and very fresh.
Cons: For a hotel of this caliber there was some unevenness in the staff. On certain days at the beach, the staff was available and responsive; on others they were entirely absent, and it was difficult to get anyone's attention. The outside dining areas, though lovely, were crowded, and every morning we had to wait 10-15 mins to be seated outdoors. When we first arrived, no doubt because we booked a "bargain" room through Kayak ($500/night as opposed to the $1,000 rack rate on the Four Seasons website), we were given a room with a direct view of the beach bar kitchen, together with smells and noises from the vent. We asked that the room be changed, and it was, though again we were given one of their less desirable rooms. I suppose most unfortunate was that when we asked, on our last day, for a late checkout - even offering to pay something for the privilege - we were told, icily, that the hotel could not accommodate us - not even for an hour - because of our "room category" (meaning, no doubt, the "cheapie" Kayak rate). The hotel was quite clearly not full, and as an experienced traveler, I know this would have been an easy accommodation for the hotel to make. Instead I left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: An unexpected little gem of a hotel. The owner,  showed me to my room and was very friendly. It was spotless and well appointed, and met my needs perfectly. I will definitely stay there again.
Cons: No
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: I got a free "upgrade" to a room with a smaller bed but it had a real fridge and sink and burner; there was still room for both of us on the bed but I would rather have had the room I asked for.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to beach. Nice clean room; Comfortable bed & pillows; Nice kitchenette with table & chairs. Beautiful TV & DVD set up. Nice air conditioning/fan unit, running smoothly, quietly. Beautiful shower area, but no storage in bathroom.
Cons: No LAN-line phone in room. Forgot my alarm clock & cell phone was dead. No way to wake up on time. Missed my morning flight & had to wait for next one. No coffeemaker/coffee. No bathrm counterspace; must keep toiletries on kitchen table.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am very picky about the places I stay in. This place is a little piece if heaven that no one would ever know by looking at the area. The owners are soooo friendly and helpful. The rooms are SO clean! Its like home away from home!
7.0 Good
Cons: Very very strong smell of cleaning product.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional
Cons: Booked the room 15 mins prior to arrival on Kayak, the reservation was not processed to the hotel in a timely manner, this made check in take much longer than normal
6.5 Good
Pros: The grounds are imaculate, loved breakfast in the courtyard. They mix a good Martini. Relaxing.
Cons: A little variety in the Musak. I have heard" time after tme" more times than I can remember. A "resort" fee of $60 is not appropriate, there is no resort aside from a lovely wading pool. Concierge absent, (assume they have one). Front desk was not up to the task. Ground floor Room lacked a window to the outside world. A door led to a claustrophobic, one chair sized patio Enclosed by a ten foot wall that limited the view to looking up at the sky. Furniture was frayed, toilet ran, wheel fell off rolling desk chair. Bring you own mouth wash, "house' mouthwash is on the mini bar tray.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the room. The staff was very attentive. They room was nice and clean. The ambiance was quiet and nice
Cons: I wanted to try the restaurant. The chef is Daniel Boloud, a well known chef. The food was OK, but not a memorable experience. The only thing I found extremely good were the Madeleines. Those were the best. The rest, was good, but only good. I was expecting much more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are wonderfully appointed with rich wood cabinets, comfortable furniture and beds that you could sleep in for weeks. The staff was very accommodating with all the hallmarks of a well run hotel. The food is creative and tasty. Try the White Cosmopolitan cocktail - it is delicious.

Pros: Treatment was excellent, always got a yes for all my requests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The spa was amazing. Fabulous right up until we checked out and here was a huge line with staff who seemed confused about how to check people out. The breakfast buffet included with our rate was fabulous. The lunch food by the pool was delicious- lobster rolls, sandwiches, fries, fruit. The pool side service was excellent. Gym was very well equiped.
Cons: One rude waitress at breakfast but the rest of the staff very helpful and friendly.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The peace, relaxation, extreme comfort
Cons: High price on everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved that there was an adult only pool - it was quiet and there was great poolside service. The onsite restaurants were all delicious and the hotel was clean and felt luxurious
Cons: We book an ocean view room, but to see the ocean you would have to lean over the balcony and look left. The beach was very rough during our stay and there are lots of big rocks that make it dangerous for swimming
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Food and beverage Service at the pool was extremely slow
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff attended to our young family with frequent room cleanup and towel refresh. Buffer was diverse and dlicious. Family pool was large and they provided floats. Staff knew our son by name and were engaging and helpful. Facilities were clean and well appointed. Cost was spectacular given the value- an unusual rate was secured through kayak. We would have paid at least 2x what we did. Five stars all around
Cons: Family rooms were together (good) and around the elevator (not great). Given that, we could not hear any disturbance from our room.

Pros: I left at 4 in the am and the bellman was VERY helpful. He came to collect my bags immediately and took an interest in my flight information and how I was getting to the airport.
Cons: When I arrived at the hotel, there was a line for check-in. This is nit picking but it's the only negative thing I could think of about my experience with the hotel. My check-in went smoothly and all staff members were courteous and helpful.
8.8 Excellent

Pros: Great hotel, conveniently located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, across the street from City Place. The service was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool and hot tub were really a nice way to spend a sunny afternoon.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms furnished well. Good restaurant. Location was ideal for those who wish to shop at nearby city place.
Cons: Parking is a big issue. Construction makes getting into hotel difficult no parking lot all in garage attached in hotel. Valet was 25 dollars. A little steep to move it 100 yards.

Pros: Social hour included wine, snacks, and pasta, salad, and fruit for a quick dinner!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I love Hawthorne Suites
Cons: Air China caused me to miss my flight and cancelled my connector so I could not even stay here... I tried to cancel but it was to late and I wasted $100. Not Hawthornes fault but I wish I could have gotten some kind of refund.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. It was a brief stay but it suited our needs very well.
7.1 Good
Pros: The two rooms, with a TV in each room. The laundry room. I liked the lemonade and the breakfasts.
Cons: Really would have liked only one bed in the bedroom, for more room. The towels were old and scratchy. The Happy Hour wasn't at all nice. Weird snacks, like beef stew and chocolate pudding.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Being close to the airport and not far from the beach was nice.
Cons: The staff could have been more knowledgeable about surrounding area restaurants, directions, etc.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I paid for my room via this website. It was $216 (including tax/fees) for 1 night stay. When I went to check in I was charged again $183.16 (including tax/fees). This was the going price for the same room if you walk in off the street. It is really upsetting that I thought I had a good deal via kayak but in reality I was charged an additional $33. So, check your prices with the hotel directly. It might be a better deal. $33 in fees for using kayak seem a bit high to me
6.8 Good
Pros: Nicely appointed and decorated, good included breakfast. However, constant noise from nearby highway and thin walls between rooms & floors.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It had nice friendly staff, a good breakfast, clean rooms. Separate bedroom from the kitchenette.
Cons: The only thing was the noisy vents by our main floor room. Wasn't sure what it was the first few nights, thought there was road construction going on at night.
6.0 Good

Cons: We stayed in a quadrouble suite. It was so hot the thermostat wasn’t working and it had a mildew smell.
