The size of the room
I emailed prior arriving to inform I would arrive late in the evening, also explained that I had to leave early next morning for a doctor's appointment so I asked if I could book a taxi upon arrival as I was going to be up very early and didn't want to stress about it. When I arrived the person that made my checked-in seemed drunk and could not find my booking, nevertheless my notes. I do speak a bit of Spanish so I was able to google a taxi company and called them first thing in the morning. The air con in the room was not working at all and one of the blinds would not close down

A very good hotel. Nice staff:) the restaurant was very nice and it was relaxing to just sit there with a good drink. Comfortable beds. We liked it a lot :)

Clean nice room
No fridge in the room, location is quite far from the beach if you don’t have a car it takes 25-30 minutes to get to the beach walking.

Clean, nice atmosphere, close to beach, transport and facilities. Great to have a pool, cafe and restaurant on site. Everyone who worked there were fantastic! Me and my 9 year old day just checked in, enjoyed our stay and checked out, no unexpected issues or reason to complain! I totally recommend this place
It would be nice to have a water dispenser in the heat but that’s my only suggestion.
