Very friendly welcome from Harvey. Lots of classy touches all round to make this a classy place to stay- a little summer treat in a gorgeous location.
Quite frrankly a stunning B@B, if that is what you can call it. From arriving to leaving the cuatomer experience is excellent.... and that is down to the owner Harvey. Simply excellent. service. Everyrhing provided you can expect. Clean and comfortable in a great location.
Very good choice at breakfast. Harvey very welcoming.
Shower a bit small, bathroom door clashed with beverages/ kettle cupboard door.
My scores indicate a high level of satisfaction. This is not an accidental outlcome obviously but is routed in the authorative and Athenian leadership style of StV’s CEO, Roxy. Her approach clearly inspires and motivates her team, Harvey, Kirsty et al, to deliver such an outstanding product. Much to admire.
I could have stayed longer.
The only issue we had was that a guest on the ground floor had a dog which woke us up early.
