The staff was great, it was a last minute trip I booked online. I called the front desk the morning of our arrival to see if I could get my two rooms adjoining (we have a large family) and they had to switch some things around but were happy to take care of it for us. The facility was clean and the pool was nice. Well appointed and updated feel. I could see staying here for a business trip also.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything on the breakfast buffet was excellent. Being there from Friday until Sunday and having access to coffee, hot chocolate and fruit 24/7 was very nice. Our room was spacious and we were surprised how quiet it was. We never heard the first shower or door slam which was very nice.
We left the room about 10 AM on Saturday morning and the cleaning staff were working a few door down. We were greatly surprised when we returned late Saturday night and found that we did not have any fresh towels and the beds were not straightened or remade. My husband had to go down to the front desk to get fresh towels for the next morning.
