Pros. Location is very good, staff is friendly, breakfast abundant.
Cons. The hotel has not been properly clean in months, not only stained carpets but crumbles and dirt al over them. They do not vacuum. athe bathroom had dirty floors (they do not swip) Greasy stained baseboards mold in the caulking, stained bathroom curtains and dirty windows. It is not acceptable. One thing is a hotel out of date thst needs a serious renovation, the other is a filthy one. Cleaning properly is very easy to achieve. I found 2stars hotels in Jordan that were spotless. Belle vue condition is unaceptable.
