The staff was amazing, absolutely everyone. The location is just a little outside of the core tourist area which means it is also quieter, though the soundproofing between rooms likely also plays into this (we never herd anyone inside the building, ever). The train is really close so getting a 24 hour or more pass makes it really easy to get to all the core attractions with the #17 tram. There wasn’t a huge selection at the restaurant but it was all really good. Breakfast truly was well done with more than enough options. If you need to leave before 8am (when breakfast starts) let them know the night before and they will make a brown bag kit for you which was very well done.
