Cons: At Centraal Station branch, a woman officer said they couldnt accept my driving license but at the airport the same company's office did !

Cons: There's no pick up or drop off service if it's needed then we have to pay 50€ which is very disappointing and the cost very expensive if u have your own insurance than you have to pay over 1000€ deposit + other fees I had to pay 27€ for insurance more in order to avoid that deposit money overall very disappointing customer service over the phone very rude ...

Being threatened by the desk guy
Pros: I did like the price and the Ford Fiesta.
Cons: When we picked up the car it took us 40 min.
I did book the cars in Kayak.com. They have the the chance of having insurance for 9€/day. And I booked the 2 cars with the Kayak,s Insurance.
When we wanted to get theses cars, there was a blond woman that insisted in havin to pay 27€ a car in terms of getting the insurance... otherwise we had to pay over 2000€.
She took over 2000€ from my credit card to book 2 Ford Fiesta, but before she had been so rude to me. Telling that I might be robbed, or that she has noting to do with Kayak.
She made me feel quite miserable, and she got my nerves.
My escursion to Kokenhauf with my family... ruined.
After that his partner took like 8 min reviewed each car to see if there was something wrong to charge me when we were back. Like 5h later and 84kms.
I really though she was going to come up with something to screw me... because I didn't want to pay daily insurance twice.

Pros: Car was comfort and cost saving from fuel consumption point of view.
Cons: I didn't get enough explanations on how to use the GPS and it took me couple of minutes, while driving to get it working. I have returned the car few min' before 7:00pm and I was told that I can drop the keys at the office but the staff already left and I needed to go to the parking

Cons: Dropped off the dar a few minutes after location closed. Talked to employee on the phone to get instructions. Talked to him in person at the parking lot as he was leaving. The next morning I received a call that I did not return a car. Eventually I was told that they forgot to check in the car which resulted in confusion. It was all resolved at the end but I had a couple of hours when I didn't know how this will turn out.
Pros: pretty good signage, easy dropoff, friendly staff.
Cons: still not sure if the pre-existing exterior damage was considered our responsibility.

Good Experience until Paris
Pros: Everything was fine. The people at the desk even gave us the vehicle in our rental category with the largest luggage capacity which was important.
Cons: All was good.

Cons: We used the car for less than 24 hours but Avis charged us for 2 days. Fuel on the car when we rented it was supposed to be full. It was a little over 3/4 full

Pros: The automobile was great -- Volvo xc60, almost new.
Cons: The rental pickup and return was terrible. I tried to change the location for the pickup and return, and spent hours on the phone trying to contact the locations themselves, without success.
I first called from the U.S. to try to pick up the car in the city of Amsterdam instead of Schipol airport -- I was told this would cost me an additional $900! Attempts to reach the rental locations in Amsterdam to confirm this were impossible - on hold for more than an hour. When I went to Schipol airport to pick up the car, they told me that I could have picked up the car in the city center at no extra charge!
Similar situation on the dropoff -- I was unable to reach any location to see if I could drop the car closer to my hotel in Paris.
Finally, I left a pair of sunglasses in the car. I spent three days trying to call the bureau to see if they were found, and also emailed the customer service departments in Paris and Amsterdam. No response
Pros: Efficiency of pickup and return.
Cons: Lousy minivan-like car, and nothing available to change, even on a Saturday morning.
Not very clean: Sticky coffee spill in the cup holder.

Pros: overall quick and pleasant service, much more personal than at the airport
Cons: fuel tank was on 7/8 after just 20km, suggesting it was not topped off full when we left, i had a picture of it, when i mentioned this on return they told me 'all peugeots have this issue of not showing the tank as full' and did not give me a refund for that part of fuel which I found quite incorrect
