Very clean rooms, well appointed bathrooms (ours had shower and tub), umbrellas en suite, nearby to all major city center attractions
The accommodation is of a very high standard. Breakfast choice is excellent and the food is very good. The twin room we had, had no space between the beds. It was like a double bed the beds were so close together.
Everything was perfect but... in the bathroom there wasn't the toilet brush!
The room was gorgeous, small but had all the space we needed for such a short stay. The bathroom was lovely and little extras liked candles around the room added to it all. None
Staff were welcoming, rooms were lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Staff booked tickets for a show for me and organised an excellent sight seeing tour. The hotel looked for £400 to be put on my credit card which i found a little excessive seeing as cost of my booking was significantly less.
Excellent staff: everybody very helpfull, a groom bring me to my room at the arrival, and show me how everything should be used (light for example). Always somebody here just to help. Location in the center of the city, with many nice restaurants around at walking distance. Price of the breakfeast is too expensive compared to thye european standart: 13 GBP for a classical continental breakfeast, and is you want some eggs, sausage or so (the classical english breakfeast), you will need to pay even more.
Very friendly staff in reception and generally service was very good apart from the bar where there were some delays. Nice rooms and very clean. Great location and nice areas to sit and chat Good Internet booking through booking engine was not good as they mistakenly charged for two rooms in advance where as the request was one prepaid room. The bar service on Sat night was not the best as there was a long wait. The directions on your website are very basic for somebody driving from Dublin and could be improved
Loved the location......the bathroom was fantastic !!!! Color scheme in room and had to bypass sunday breakfast......45 Minutes !!!! apparently not enough help.
Gorgeous room, lovely staff although I wouldn't expect anything else in ni, the service is always wonderful in hotels, restaurants, taxis and shops.
The room was lovely, very big, and clean. Location was unbeatable. I felt that the hotel staff did not even know that we were guests at the hotel. It is hard to describe but it was almost like u check in, stay, and check out. The first morning, our door was knocked on twice which woke us up. The second night the fire alarm went off at about 2am and also woke us up.... :(
The hotel staff were very helpful and the standard of accommodation was excellent.
Proximity to city centre and odysey arena where we were attending an event.
The Staff were helpful but obviously frustrated breakfast was chaos and it took 30 mins to organise paying for parking in an alternative garage
The staff were fantastic especially John at the desk who dealt with our bags and got us a taxi, wonderful people you have working at the belfast hilton, hope to be back again soon
Close to the City Centre ,Lovely views and relaxed setting in bar The only thing I disliked was the price of parking, Very Excessive
Excellent value. Great breakfast. Nice views over Belfast. Hotel now 10 years old. Maintenance not given priority - damaged bathroom door, difficult bath/shower tap. Room 309.
Staff and food Room could have been cleaner
Convenience of location Paying heavily to park
The beds are so comfortable. Bar is lovely. Room was a bit cold, fault with air conditioning.
I have stayed at the Holiday Inn on at least 5 other occasions. Staff always attentive and friendly and its nice to be recognised as you walk through the front door. rooms comfortable and warm, dinner very good and breakfast excellent every time.
The shopping outlet is right beside the hotel great shopping. bed too small, no tissue and half toilet roll only in the bathroom on arrival.
The quality of the food for both dinner and breakfast was exceptional especially in view of the low cost of the room.
very clean and a lot more luxurious than your usual travel lodge type
Location close to motorway and cleanliness As all other Holiday Inns the beds are not very comfortable and there are never enough pillows.
Ideal base for visiting shops and choice of places to eat There was not anything I didn't like
Convenience for the airport, cleanliness, new condition of all facilities and decor.
staff bed not that comfy
superb bathroom, good beds, good parking and good food nearby 1) outrageous fee for using wireless internet. 2) there was a very noisy man, who most likely woke up the complete second floor at 2:30 AM which was very annoying, to say the least.
Central position in Ulster, close to airport/ferry, and Belfast. Good base for touring, and easy to find. Room was too warm when we arrived, otherwise everything was fine
Great location and value for money Traffic noise in ouside room
It was centrally located. Our room was bare but clean There was one member of the staff at the front desk that was particularly unhelpful. One of those people that follows the rules but doesn't go out of her way for anything. Unfortunately, don't remember her name, but she was small, young, and slightly chubby.
Friendly, helpful staff. Size of room and cleanliness. Ideal location for accessing Belfast city centre, pubs and restaurants. Easily located from motorway and secure parking just around the corner.
Nice looking rooms Walls were paper thin.could hear everything from people beside us
Location is spot on for a great weekend in Belfast
that is was so close to all the shopping centres and the hotel was easy accessed to
The staff were outstanding, the location was brillent right in the city center, great value for money
central location poor car parking facilities
General Cleanliness & presentation of hotel. Helpful staff
the stff were brilliant very helpful and accomodating all the time. the bath i would advise anyone to ask for a bathmat before you have a shower as i had an awful fall but they were so helpful and i would still return.
The convenience in relation to the town. It had a place to eat late evening.
Central location It is rather ordinary
Being within walking distance to the shops as this was a Christmas shopping trip. Nothing, liked everything
friendly atmosphere, good attentive staff in restaurant car park facilities - but this is probably the same in other hotels
Very good breakfast. It is in a strategic position in the very center of Belfast. Nice and clean the relax area (pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath) the staff was not very friendly, they speak fast and with a strange accent, difficult to be understood. The internet costs a lot 3£ / 1 h.
I had booked for a non smoking room and was allocated a smoking room. Minor point but it was still an oversight on the hotels part.
The hotel restaurant was quite expensive as was the room
I Liked the fact the Hotel was not too close and not too far from the shopping centre and the main square. The only thing i didnt like was the quality of food been served during evening meal.
Location location location No
Location Carpets in hallways and dining area were dirty.
Rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern
Found Staff to be very pleasant and extremely helpful Have recommended this hotel to all my family and friends!
Pleasant staff, clean rooms none
the attitude of night management left a lot to be desired.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were a little surprised that it was located at the edge of town but took a taxi into the town centre for 4 pounds.
spacious and clean room
nice comfortable friendly staff very little if anything for children to do so we tended to not return to the hotel until late evening
lovely setting,very helpful staff,very clean
the rooms were very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly the hot water in the room was too hot and there was no cold water
everything appears new, good food at the adjoining restaurant
The Dunsilly hotel offers a very high level of comfort and great facilities for the business traveller. The restaurant also offers great food.
Near to city centre with all its attractions-Helpful and friendly staff-Excellent value.
Staff were so helpful and efficent Tea/coffee facility in room
Nice decor comfortable room friendly staff Additional cost for wi fi etc,
Very expensive with very limited amenities. The hotel kitchen closes early. SUPER Uncomfortable bed. The room was comparable to a dorm room in college. I requested a quiet room and was placed on the first floor. There is a dj playing loud music in the bar until 1am or so and I was able to hear every word of each song played. My breakfast in the morning wasn't even included and was pricey. I would not recommend or ever go back.
great location just at the back of St Ann's Cathedral. Lots of beautiful restaurants in the area. Only a 10 minute walk into Victoria Square. Room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was very well designed. Free parking was a real bonus! Will definitely be back!
First impression was that hotel was lovely- welcoming. Food was tasty. Throw on bottom of bed was extremely dirty and waited 4 hours to get it changed. Lumpy pillows felt like sleeping on the floor. No hadwash in dispenser in bathroom. Steak too bloody , wasnt asked how I wanted it cooked. Young kids on rugby tour running around corirdors shouting and banging doors- no apology when I complained!!! Felt more tired leaving hotel when the Belfast trip was a birthday surprise for my husband.
Parking, food, cleanliness, staff Poor views - one of the rooms looked on to huge pipes and was noisy - also that room was cold and should have been heated as it was an accessibility room.
brand new hotel, clean and fresh.
The location of the hotel 11am check out. Please that extra hour means so much especially driving back to Fermanagh
Its location - very convenient to the local shops, restaurants and bars.
Food very good and free secure car parking is excellent touch. This is our second stay in 7 weeks and will not be our last. My daughter and partner has also stayed here recently They range of draught beers is limited no Smithwicks or McArdles ale
Staff were very friendly and patient. My booking wasn't registered with the hotel when i arrived. Unsure if this was a booking.com error or hotel. However the problem was promptly resolved and i had a very pleasant stay.
Location was good and the room was clean. I felt the clientel were suited to a stag/hen party atmosphere. The fighting outside the door was not helpful to ensuring a comfortable stay.
Convient downtown hotel. Helpful staff, great amenities. Historic grand dame. Bit pricey.
Location and room layout
Great location arrived by train, Great Victoria Street station immediately adjacent to hotel. Concierge were very helpful in arranging tours. The room was not large but was comfortable and very clean.
Good room - excellent resturant - great location Was able to write clean me in the dust on the wardrobe shelf. My colleague was unable to check in until after 3pm and only then because we insisted that a room be made available before we left for an afternoon/evening meeting
The availability of the Piano Bar into the small hours
The very helpful Staff!!
Great location, great staff! Room was spacious for 3 people! Enjoyed it very much! Highly recommend
Comfortable, very clean, polite staff and good food
Fast, friendly service, excellent food & accommodation, efficient late bar and the valet car parking facility in a busy City centre is a definate plus.
Size and cleanliness of room and large screen TV Poor for guest car parking - I found this a big disappointment
everything had a fab time thank you n love belfast will go vback again soon.
clean room, good breakfast, easy to get to city centre, good parking
The hotel was great, the staff was very helpful, and I am going to miss the Breakfast.
We got upgraded when we got there due to overbooking, i was extremely impressed with that and i found the staff friendly and helpful.I will be going back There is nothing to complain about we had and excellent holiday
My Mum & I had an Amazing time could'nt Fault this Hotel or any of the staff in any way.
convenience of location, surroundings, modern style
The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet and facilities were good. Breakfast was disappointing. Several items were not in the trays and had to be requested - pork sausages, mushrooms, potato bread, crispy bacon. They were supplied with a rather bad grace and crispy bacon never appeared at all. The food generally was under cooked . No fried eggs were available. The tea pot had no lid - a saucer was used.
The homleness of the whole stay in the hotel and the food brill and pleasent staff we really enjoyed our stay thankyou Nothing everything was perfect...Inever look at reviews
Clean, modern, friendly staff, good food Very noisey - could clearly hear people talking in other rooms and the corridor at all hours. Difficult to sleep
Good breakfast choice, clean hotel with a good location with a very modern look to it. Checking out took longer than it should as only one desk was in use (there are 3 in total). There was a queue which should not happen around peak times (ie I was checking out at noon)
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel no
Location is good Very basic. Check out earlier than noon, unless you fancy a 30min delay at reception.
Close to city cente, which made it easy to walk to shops and nightlife Noise from "club" downstairs kept people awake. Located in very loyalist area.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful The view of Sandy Row
The location. Poor/brusque service. Sub-standard facilities (safe didn't work, main light flickered for the entire weekend).
Cllose to shops
The room was clean and warm The food was not good particularly the breakfast.
Value for money and staff on reception both helpful and friendly.Very close to all the amenities and the city centre. Nothing springs to mind.
Staff and restaurant amenities were excellent.
Rooms were small but clean. Location was outstanding and staff were very friendly. The price was right, so couldn't ask for much more.
Clean, comfortable, warm and quite. Excellent shower, without noisy plumbing
Good staff, good use of space in the rooms Would have liked the bar to be away from the reception area.
hotel very cloes to shopping centres and motorway and nightlife
Very conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value. Decor on the modern side, so a bit boring.
The location was excellent with just a short walk to go shopping and to have a night on the town.
Great location and good price Room was very plastic, but def value for money once you know what you are getting
the room is nice and comfy. i'm definitely going back again if i have a chance.
There was nothing that was to much trouble for any of the staff, they were lovely, they all had smiles on their faces. When I checked into my room it didn't look like it had been hoovered so when I went down to reception to say so, the next thing I knew was that it had been done and the manageress was totally apolegetic. Will definately stay there again.
The location is good and the rooms were big and airy. Nice big bathroom.
The room was modern, spacious, very comfortable and everything just worked as it should. I didn't think the Irish breakfast was very good.
Can't say enough good things about the staff. The receptionist a lovely young girl was unbelievably helpful and upbeat. I ended up chatting on receprtion for 10 minutes before going up to my room. When I ate in the Brasserie again the service was top class. The starter was divine(I had the chargsrilled veg with parma ham & pamrsan) When my main came out I had the Seafood & noodles it was very strong with Corainder and when I spoke to the Staff they instantly took it back and brought me out a fresh bowl which was again beautiful. My eggs Benedict for breakfast was only surpassed by the sheer size and taste of the cheese scone! The setting was very relaxed and informal. I will definitely stay again, if only for the service. In bedroom: Huge Flat screen tv with moveable wall mount so I could work in annexe and have tv on. The bathroom and shower were very tastefully designed. Also had a room safe which was useful. Really close to lots of bars and restaurants if I didn't eat in Brasserie. Still a few teething problems due to being such a new renovation. No broadband in my room, a loose plug fitting but very little, a bit of road noise in early morning.(I'm just being picky)
An excellent value-for-money hotel. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and with a friendly ambience. The bed was one of the best we've experienced in any hotel, including several 5 star luxuries around the world, the food was extremely good and very reasonably priced. A lack of dedicated parking was a bit of a nuisance on a dark rainy night. Driving around unfamiliar streets in the dark to find a parking space, then having to walk with the bags in the rain, even though only a few hundred yards (or metres) to the hotel, was not very pleasant.
The Receptionst who was on duty on our arrival was very welcoming and extremely helpful during our stay Nothing would recomend this to friends and family
From the moment you enter the hotel lobby you were greeted with a friendly welcome. Staff very customer focused. Room we stayed in was very luxurious and overall Hotel design was well appointed.
Spacious room, attractive decor, large and well-equipped bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle, large flatscreen tv with good selection of satellite channels. Hotel staff (not restaurant staff) very helpful and polite. 'Kingsize' bed was actually two singles pushed together, no plug sockets anywhere near bed to charge phone overnight, nowhere to put the soap in the bathroom! Poor service in the restaurant (greasy breakfast, tough pizza, very slow service in the evening).
If I thought of something negative to write, I couldn'T. Fantastic experience! The decor in the dining area could have been better. Tablecloths on tables, fresh flowers (Even if it was one) and window treatments.
Beautiful room, quiet and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The staff members were excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. N/A
Rates were cheap and room was clean and warm Comfortable bed Too much noise from next door bar and room was clean but has nothing other than bar soap. You need to even pay for a cup of hot water from lounge. No coffee port in room:
There were crumbs on the desk, the fan in the shower had a centimeter of dust on it and the vinyl floors in the bathroom were stained and dirty. The most disgusting hotel room I have ever been in. We booked online at thee times the rate they were advertising at the hotel. Couldn't believe it!
It is located within walking distance of several places. The price is great on a budget, and the room was very clean. Staff was nice. There is not much bathroom privacy, so make sure you are with someone you are comfortable with. I was, so it wasn't much of a problem. Would prefer a bathroom without automatic light so that I can turn it off quickly if used in the middle of the night, so that it doesn't continue to shine into the room for 20 minutes. Also, local bar next door was a bit noisy from our room. For quiet, request a room further away from bar.
hotel had a luxurious yet cosy feel to it would have liked coffee making facilities in room .
Lovely breakfast experience with lovely dining room, great location, staff all very nice Rooms whilst really lovely were very darkly lit and a bit small given the price.
Everything, customer service brilliant, highly recommended. Nothing.
Super attentive staff, exquisite decor, yummy breakfast. My favourite shoes on sale in the hotel- bonus! (Christian louboutins) Rooms were stuffy despite air con (windows could not be opened)
Everything about the Merchant was excellent, but the quality of the room really stood out. We stayed in room 528 (a Deco deluxe room) and the view across to Victoria Square and the City Hall was worth the room rate on its own.
The Merchant is a stunningly gorgeous hotel, the beauty of the building is only outshone by the excellence of the staff. Nothing.
staff were excellent without being over the top. Very friendly abd accomodating. The decor is amazing and food excellent nothing I could not fault it
Amazing Room and service would highly recommend The selection of food in the great room
The Merchant is a very luxurious hotel and even though it is in the heart of the City, we were not disturbed by traffic noise in the morning. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We had a lovely experience and would definately return.
The management and staff were outstanding and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who enjoy a little bit of luxury. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Decore and the staff
An excellent, really funky hotel; I'd definitely stay there again. There wasn't a bath!
Location, friendliness of staff and general high standards of hotel No parking, although large car park across from hotel - quite expensive daily rate though, perhaps hotel could try and negotiate a special rate for guests
It was in the perfect location
Great location. The bed was excessively hard.
Friendly, efficient staff. Convenient location. Comfortable rooms. Nicely designed and furnished rooms. 'Quirky' details. Would like brighter reading lamps in bedrooms.
Everything at Malmaison Belfast was outstanding! The staff was great and helpful for anything you needed and could arrange things like black taxi tours, room service, and recommend various restaurants and things to see. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. Shower pressure is great! The location is also ideal, being right across the street from Victoria Place shopping Center and other sights to see. Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend everything!
We liked the decor, comfort and the attitude of the staff
Great location, nice clean hotel friendly staff. The only point that could be improved upon was drections -staff could improve on this point. Otherwise very nice friendly people. See above
Friendly and helpful.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and luxurious. Excellent hotel.
relaxing and romantic - it was a real treat to stay and we really spoiled ourselves!! there was a wedding on the same day so staff were busy attending to that and we found it hard to order our lunch and then get our bill
beautiful setting, good facilities Some reception staff were curt and unhelpful. We were attending a reunion and the set dinner on Friday night was not 5-star standard.
Very high standard of cleanliness and excellent staff
Gorgeous! Thank you for taking care of me when I really needed a good rest. The massage in the E'Spa spa was fabulous.
Location - ease of access to Belfast city & airport, quality of room. Facilities Breakfast - quality of some ot the items was lower than I expected of this standard of hotel
Excellent 5 star hotel. Atmosphere, customer service, quality, food all excellent. Very competitive price. Got a free upgrade to the Executive double room too! Great hotel gym but the swimmingpool is small and disappointing. No sauna, one small jacuzzi.
the staff were very helpful but the tiemframe to sort out our problem seemed very long. Our room was noisy from a function on in the new function room so we asked to move and werethen given a suit and a late check out as compensation but as a five star hotel I do not feel this hotel met the standard. There was dust in the rooms and even the suite was in state of disrepair and the shower was blocked so was disappointing
Incredible views over the loche from the Bar, luxurious rooms, and friendly (albeit young!) staff. The spa is beautiful, but extremely over priced. The bar and restaurant is also very expensive. This is a very expensive hotel, I think when you are paying for the privledge of staying in the hotel, the prices for food, drinks and spa treatments should be lowered to bring them more in line with others in Belfast.
Location was superb Breakfast - was a shambles, no greet no take to the seat, no meal, hence the poor score on the Hotel.
Easy access. Excellent service. Cleanliness & great food.
Breakfast Location Room
The beautiful rooms, and friendly staff We had noisy children in the room beside us.
I liked the peace and quiet and the general get away from ir all mood it left me in The hotel is drastically overpriced. Theres nothing in the hilton that you woukdnt get anywhere else. For alot cheaper
location was convenient for our needs. Good reaction to booking not having been received.
No moisturiser in bathroom.
Services, golf, swimming pool and everything. Nice location We had to call reception for the daily clean. They told us to be in within in 1 hour but cleaner came after 10 minutes, while we were starting some romance. 3 restaurants were there and in the brochure. When we went to the brasserie at night, it was suddenly close without any notice.
Food, Staff. The room quality was very very poor. I am surprised the management of the Hilton TemplePatrick deemed the room I had suitable to let. Every wall in the room was marked, the plaster was water damaged in places, and plaster was missing on corners. Furniture was of a low standard and also worn or damaged. The light fittings has paint splashes on them, probably the result of cheap and unskilled tradesmen. Carpet was uncleaned in places. This hotel has seen better days, probably in the 1980's judging by the computer equipment provided at the executive desk (and the phone was at the other end of the room which was an interesting business setup). The hotel facilities, in fairness, are good. Food was of a reasonable standard. All staff I encountered were genuinely friendly (but perhaps a little untrained in internation standards of customer service, i.e. the customer doesn't want to hear your problems when making a request). I'm not aware of the star rating of this Hotel but it would be no more than a three star on a good day. A very good day. I couldn't believe this was a Hilton Brand Hotel. Shame on them.
The room was fantastic. Reception staff very pleasant. Breakfast was badly organised. Staff in bar and breakfast room appeared to be disinterested.
the size & comfort of the room
It was peaceful and tranquil and the perfect get away for the night.
Awesome views from some rooms - great food also. Beautiful setting. There are a lot of stairs in the house - not for the infirm...
Staff was excellent and always ready to help. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed six nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Our bathroom had shower attachment in the bathtub and should have a grab bar. It was difficult to get out of the tub/shower without help or something to grab.
The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions about the area or where to eat. The beakfast was exquisite. A gourmet delight.
Very comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Staff always very helpful and polite
Room 3 is situated beside the front door and lounge area. Could not sleep until midnight once other guests have left the lounge area
Everything None at all
Where do I start? Great selection of beverages in room. Huge and comfortable bed. Beautiful, homely and cosy house. Staff very firendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast.
Beautiful, luxurious rooms. Great views over Belfast loch. Gourmet food and excellent service. Quiet location
Absolutely everything! Could not fault.
high standard of fodd /accomm
TThe hotel had a nice relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Was close to everything and the staff.were lovely
Great location mere blocks to central Belfast at a good rate for such a nice hotel in the center of a major city. Parking was a little far away and pricey. Staff while hopeful weren't as friendly as I'm used to. That may be a cultural thing because I'm American and I had previously spent a week in the 'warmer' Republic of Ireland but I found the staff here and at other places in the North to be much less likely to greet you or strike up a conversation. Not a huge deal but for me it helps to make me feel welcomed in a new place.
Excellent value, central location, spotless room, pleasant and helpful staff.
The Park Inn Hotel is new built, bright and clean with friendly staff, it is located central to Befast City and is a short bus or taxi journey from Belfast City airport. None really, bar prices were what you would expect for a central city location.
very clean, good heating system, quiet, central location, friendly staff, good pub. pub smoking area- metal chairs very cold to sit on, also outdoor heater would be appreciated.
close to pubs clubs food in hotel was good and reasonably priced having to put money on room account meant i got stung for al lthe drink
Loved it's central location. Very accommodating and appreciated their attention especially in locating a forgotten camera.
hotel warmth N/A
It was central to the shoppnig area and close to my business appointment There was no roon in the hotel car park
Fast friendly checking, good wifi, good location, lovely rooms. Water could have been a degree or two warmer in the shower but i like it really hot and it was nonetheless fine.
The whole thing was great from the staff to the location I would recommend this hotel to anyone and dare them to find fault!!!! Bar was very pricy
location very limited and paid parking
I arrived fairly late and didn't finish my work till about 10..pm and asked Charles if he knew where I could get a meal. He phoned round a few places and was able to get me into a restaurant where the meal was excellent. The rooms are very well presented and breakfast was splendid. With such service and quality I will certainly stay there again if I am in the are in future.
Comfortable, welcoming, close to the airport
Wireless internet. Breakfast. Friendly hotel staff.
Handy for the International Airport. Pleny of parking. Easy to find. Staff friendly. Cleanliness of the whole hotel. I really could not find anything I didn't like.
Paefect place to stay when you arrive or depart from Belfast airport. Perfect place to stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff This hotel is remote and really only accessible if you have a car
Our host was wonderful and so were the breakfasts. He was accomodating for extras too like laundry and checking my emails. Mostly I wish the bed could have had more padding on it . I was sore .
The very friendly staff who made me feel very welcome.
superb room-spotless-very pleasant-good breakfast-- not near any pubs or restaurants so can only take taxi for dinner which is not available
Stayed at Keef Halla Country House for 2 nights at the start of a 12 day tour of Norther Ireland. We were impressed with the standard of the accommodation and the owner gave us some useful advice for our visit to Belfast.
