modern, new hotel with an excellent breakfast direct at the beach

Location. Hotel needs more English speaking staff, especially during the evening. Also, for a hotel of this caliber, the bathrooms are missing boxes of Kleenex tissue.

Location did not get a room with sea view, chnaged the room for later view but got the repair works next door in the morning and in the afternoon from each side of the room, left late in the night for next leg of my journey. Coming back later in the week checked into holinn enjoyed it a bit more.

Location Should be refurbished, carpets were not very clean

This hotel located near a famous beach in Fortaleza was pleasant and good for me and for my girlfriend. We only had to cross the street to reach the sand of the beach. Breakfast was excelent. Well .. there are only 2 problems that I saw. Location and soundproof room. This hotel is located in very ugly place in Fortaleza. Locals keep saying the area is very dangerous and if you are planning to stay at this hotel, stay there and leave to take a walk and come back to it before the sunset. The area become very desert after sun going down. And about the room: it's big and clean but whoever walks outside your door your are going to listen ... even screaming childs or unpolite people.

The food Hotel needs more staff. Service is slow and people aren't trained well to make things easier neither quicker..

The swimming pool and the bar inside the pool were excellent. There was also a gym by the pool and the lobby was nice and cosy. Perfect for a big group like our. The breakfast was great with all the typical brazilian delicacies. The hotel is right in front of a beach, but that beach is really dirty, stinks, and you can't swim there. There are really nice beaches nearby but you have to catch a cab or a bus.

The staff were not fluent in English and this was a major difficulty. The hotel did the charges to my credit card while I was there without my knowledge on Oct 1, 2008. This created problems while trying to check out before leaving. They basically did not abide by the terms of the contract with Booking.com

Beautiful beach and pool No easy way to get from hotel to main entertainment area. No free wifi.

Essentially....the location, away from the confusion of the "Beira Mar" touristic zone. The reservation was not correctly processed. I booked two rooms... The hotel reservation staff "decided" that I made an error during the reservation process.. And they change it to one room...

The kidness of the hotel staff. Close to everything No, everything was good

They wanted more money than I should pay.

position, pretty comfortable there was not hot water in the shower, restaurant def needs an restyling, room was just alright, in the complex the hotel does not look like a 4 stars but like a 3 stars max
