Pros: Amazing building in a lovely small historic village. Friendly and helpful staff. Full and delicious breakfast.
Cons: Time of year meant Arpino was not as lively as I expected. Would be great to have wine glasses and decanter available in tea room. Some of the occupancy sensors for lighting could use adjustment.
Pros: We loved our stay here and the Manager/Owner Sonia’s warm hospitality. The old wool mill has been tastefully renovated n decorated, yet still retaining the character n charm. Room was large n clean n comfortable with views over the extensive stunning gardens. Delicious breakfast with many choices of dishes. Short walk into old town for bars n restaurants. Shop next door sells daily supplies. Could stay longer as much to do in this historical area.
Pros: We have stayed here in two other occasions. The staff is always friendly. We have never had an issue. The garden area was beautiful and was the first time I got to enjoy it with a good book. Easy walking distance to town.
Pros: Building very italian classic building
Pros: Arpino is an exceptionally nice historical town in the Region. Lovely people, with good facilities like a Post Office, bank machines, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel in my opinion is much better than the photos suggest, has a good ambiance about it, and is set in fabulous grounds. The breakfast buffet is very large, with a wide choice of options. Although I speak Italian reasonably well, I heard Francesca speaking good English to other guests. If you don’t have your own transport, Arpino can be reached by bus. I travelled from Sora, and the return fare was €2. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Traditional italian homely and friendly atmosphere together with beautiful surroundings located in a pretty small hillside town
Cons: Being a bit picky but pillow could have been a bit higher and mattress was a little to firm for me

Pros: The property is modern and an interesting design with many unexpected luxury features. It was a perfect break from cities filled with tourists and focussed on tourists. Close to the pretty town of Roccasecca, we experienced life in an Italian country town and practised speaking Italian. The hosts were wonderful, interested in us and happy to help us. The breakfasts provided were excellent.
Cons: As we arrived by train we didn’t have our own transport and found there weren’t many places to eat nearby.
Pros: The People were very friendly and obliging.
Cons: Nothing. It was a great pleasure to be there
Pros: Everything was perfect! Clean room with perfect shower! Wonderful big breakfast, exceptional restaurant (il Clandestino) at walking distance. Very flexible host, helping me immediately with every request. We will be back in summer time to enjoy the swimming pool
Pros: We were welcomed with coffee and cookies by the friendly hosts, who then helped us with a dinner reservation nearby. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The children enjoyed using the pool. Breakfast was a good selection of croissants, nuts, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, eggs and toast. Summa Resort is easy to find just off the highway and it’s a small family run accommodation. We highly recommend it as great value for money.
Pros: The owners really nice people and helpful.. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was amazing definitely going back i Recommend it big time
Pros: Nice building and accommodations.
Cons: Attitude - we arrived to Summa Resort with 4 Children. When we check in, I asked joke, ”is there water on the pool”. He said ”no, there is no water”. I said ”we have to change Hotel, because the pool is most important for us”. He said ”that is ok, but you must pay” anything else. We stayed to hotel, but not enjoyed.

Cons: already mentioned above .
Pros: Very nice and comfortable.
Cons: The walls between the rooms must be very thin and therefore are not very sound proof.
Pros: Incredible grounds and facilities, used for weddings, celebrations and located in the town of Ceprano. Gorgeous statuary, landscaping and fountains. Walking distance easily to a store and several cafes. What we liked the most was chatting with the 91 year old gentleman who built the place with love and high quality ornamental iron scroll work. He and his family still run this place with precision and care. Able to accommodate full wedding parties with style and grace, while also attending to other guests. Room windows were screened, which is a pleasant option not often seen.

Pros: Very nice modern room and plenty of parking. Evening means are excellent and very good value for money!
Pros: Very good hotel with beautiful garden and views. Good restaurant
Cons: The personal is poor in English
Pros: Enjoyed our stay. Staff were great and owner (who is 92) was lovely- he created this beautiful hotel on his return to Italy after living in Canada. Highly recommended
Cons: It was perfect
Pros: The staff were polite and very helpful.
Pros: This is such a nice property and very authentic too, it felt like we were staying in a mini Italian resort. The property is large, but private as it's surrounded by trees and hedges essentially. The hotel is very nice, with beautiful landscaping and ballrooms. Our room was very spacious and modern! The breakfast was great, but too many cakes. The owner is a true gentleman, who lived in Niagara Falls, Canada, for sometime before returning to Ceprano and establishing the hotel. Honestly, one of the most authentic stay we had in Italy and centrally located in Ceprano.
Cons: Perhaps too many dessert-like foods (e.g. cakes) for breakfast.

Decide to leave hotel after two hours...i could't stay at night there.
Pros: Tina was lovely! Very welcoming and accommodating as we were a little delayed. Rooms were very clean with air conditioning, TV and plenty of towels.
