Pros: Excellent surrounds - beautiful facilities and view from the pool. Very attentive staff.
Cons: Uncomfortable mattress and small but charming rooms. TV never worked and we weren't compensated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view, the room, the pool, the breakfast, the fast wifi, the room service. The room service!!! The dinners we ordered were amazing! Kudos to the chef! There were not pizzas or spageti or seabass fillet but they made everything for us. Amazing! Everyone at the hotel were amazing (except one guy that we called to collect the room service plates cause we were warned there might be ants the next day. So we called to collect it but he never arrived. There were a lot of ants in the morning. Didn’t bother us cause they were on the terrace, but felt bad for the person that had to clean the plates). The cleanliness is next level. Absolutely impeccable! Book the sea view suite. You won’t regret it
Cons: If I had to write something that wasn’t absolutely amazing it would be only about the white towels that didn’t wipe that good. The brown beach once were much better. They were conveniently in the room so this was not an issue at all.

Cons: It will be a good ideal to have a fridge in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Karin and Werner were the most wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to accommodate us! From special breakfast requests to extra pillows! the breakfast was amazing and specially for my girlfriend with gluten intolerance, Karin had fixed bread, cookies, cupcakes and even baked glutenfree for her! They gave us wonderful tips of beaches and villages in the area, and helped us booked a rental boat and gave us tips of what spots in La Maddalena islands were worth visiting. We loved it and we will definitely come back! also, great WiFi! super important for folks like us that love fast internet and streaming Netflix!
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like, only a suggestion to add some shade/umbrellas by the sunbeds by the pool. It was a little hot in daytime so it would be nice to have the option to lay in the shadow by the pool.

Pros: The place is very beautiful with a nice pool and view. The room was super clean and have a good size. We enjoyed very much.
Cons: Wifi didn’t work inside the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, friendly staff, great breakfast with homemade cakes, walking distance to local restaurants/bars and a short drive to the amazing beaches
4.2 Okay
Pros: The breakfast is very good, but you share a table with all other guests.
Cons: Our room had no window, which was not clear from the description in Booking. The window from the bathroom opens to an inner courtyard, which is frequented by other guests and even friends of the host. In the picture you can see the terrace, which really ist only about 3 square meters. The curtains are needed to prevent others from looking into your room which has a glass door. This property really has zero privacy, as soon as someone starts talking in the yard you will be awake.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: An hour’s drive from Olbia airport, so it was ideal as a first night stop. We quite liked Arzachena and had a wander around in the evening. Lovely courtyard to sit in.
Cons: Not too easy to find.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners are wonderful and the best reason to stay here. Great hosts. Closely followed by breakfast which was superb.
Cons: Shower was a little small, great pressure etc just small
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We really liked it at Mirkos B&B. It was cozy, with a big terrace and a great breakfast. Mirko was so friendly and welcoming. It was like an oasis in the town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great little town and this place is located in the old town area, narrow streets with good parking next to the property. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the breakfast is fine but in a shared table type setting which suits some but not me as I prefer a few coffees before engaging in polite conversation! Friendly and genuine owner who is very welcoming and does all he can to make sure you are happy. Town has a couple of good bars and restaurants. Recommend
Cons: All good
Lu Cuccumiau - Arzachena - Bathroom
7
9.2 Excellent (130 reviews)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Off the beaten track (4km south of Arzachena, 2km down a dirt track) but well worth the excursion, just remember how to get back in the dark. Great views of Arzachena to the north, distant peaks and the macchia. You can sit outside in late summer into the early hours and hear nothing, NOTHING, but the odd dog barking somewhere in the distance. Rooms are tastefully decorated, baroque style, lots of attention to detail, nice wooden armoire to hang your clothes, chandelier in the well-appointed bathroom and all exceptionally clean. My double room was a large double, bed very comfortable, linen and towels aplenty, masses of charging points, TV, speedy WiFi and a fridge to store your cool drinks. Breakfast (included) is AMAZING - its HUGE - it might as well be a full lunch - pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, ricotta, cold meats/cheese and salami plus your choice of tea, coffee and orange juice all catered to. The attention to minute detail is second to none. Highly highly recommend. Enjoy the beaches and hordes in the daytime - then you can escape them for evening peace and quiet. Great find but you need your own transport to stay here
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Picturesque surroundings and views. The room was very nice and clean, furnished with great taste. Tasty and diverse breakfast (sweet including local products as well as salami, ham and cheese) The owners were very nice and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly host, stunning mountain view, comfy bed, delicious breakfast.
Cons: Wish I could stay longer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Got a nice reception and a pretty room. Breakfast was marvellous with a nice view in the countryside. Got instructions before how to find it as it is a bit remote and as such quiet at night with a good view on the stars…
Cons: Read your mails - as google maps misleads you. That is just an advise, not a critic. I made it immediatly after reading the mails.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast, absolutely splendid view of the mountains, wonderful spacious room with baroque elements, excellent WiFi, very kind and helpful hosts. Location within driving distance of beautiful town of Palau, with port to la Maddalena, Bear rock and many prehistoric sites.
Cons: Takes a little adventurous driving on unpaved road for a km to reach the location, but this is really worth it.
7.1 Good
Pros: Giovanni and Lamberto were very welcoming and very helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: View from the hotel which is located on the top of the hill, friendly and helpful staff, big bathroom, very clean
Cons: Hard to reach by car beacuse it is country road that your googlemap will not locate (follow the signs of the hotel!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: An amazing place outside of Olbia, perfect to rest and come down but you still reach everything in the area. Lovely decorated rooms, very friendly and helpful hosts and a really good breakfast. All very clean and the room is tidied regularily. The property is kept in a very good shape, its green everywhere and you have great view over the landscape. We just felt like at home there. We stayed for the last two nights before our flight back and didn't expect to find such a nice accomodation just by luck. Would always come back. It's really a great experience if you want to get away from the hustle for a while. Thanks for everything :-)

Cons: Breakfast could be more complete. There is no restaurant at the hotel but very nice ones nearby!
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, very tasty breakfast with great variety, super friendly staff and the whole atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Hotel has a nice decor and we love the summer colours of tiles and facade.
Cons: We booked a single room without the balcony, hence we had no place to dry our swimming clothes and towels. There is little hangers in the bathrooms, actually only one. Perhaps the hotel could provide a common area outside where guest could hang their beach items.

Pros: The B&B is a 10-minute drive from the beach and Cannigione. Lovely welcoming when we arrived by Ewa and Ferdinando. Our room was on the ground floor and had an attached bathroom. The breakfast; fresh orange/grape juice, scrambled egg, boiled egg, local cheese, vegetables, local yogurt, sweet bread, homemade jam and more. A perfect start of the day! What was good: -The hospitality. -Before arrival, we got a video via WhatsApp how to get to the B&B, smart! -The breakfast. Very friendly and warm hospitality, highly recommended.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owners, perfect breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our host Eva made us a most delicious breakfast every morning---she was such a lovely person and made our visit such a special one! We had a most enjoyable stay and found the location was perfect! We hired a car (Fiat 500) and went to Porto Cervo many times--a great place to see some expensive yachts---made a trip to Bonifacio in Corsica on a boat---we caught the ferry at 10.00am and returned on the 8.00pm ferry---it was a fabulous place to visit and we caught the little train up to the old town---we visited Poltu Quatu which was very nice and went to Baia Sardinia which had a gorgeous beach and some lovely restaurants. We also took Eva's advise and went to a beautiful beach at San Teodoro on the East coast----a beautiful white sandy beach---perfect! My party of 3 (Mum, Dad and daughter of 21) enjoyed a lovely week in Sardinia---the gelatos were amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Eva the owner of the house is a special person... she is kind, caring, very clean and she gives you a very warm welcome which feels like home. Rooms are very very clean and everything is into detail. She is very organised and bedroom is cleaned and prepared almost each time you go out during the day. She gives her heart to her guests. Location is easily found by the gps co ordinates. The place is located in a nice queit mountain area 5 mins near arzachena centre.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: The host is very controlling and want everything in her way. She has cameras which makes you feel watched the whole time. You don't feel freedom staying there. The room is very cold and she refused to turn up the heat.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Eva is such a lovely person with a big heart. She is a very open minded world traveller and gives you the feeling that she really appreciates her guests. She made us lovely breakfasts and took nice pictures of us before leaving. It's a shame that we couldn't talk much because of language difficulties. The house is very lovely and spotless clean. Eva put so much effort into cute litte details. We loved our stay there!

Cons: No food or snacks available during the day. There are shops nearby though.

Pros: Very nice hotel, good location near the center with shops/restaurants. Clean rooms, good breakfast and welcoming staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect stay in a wonderful place! Grazie mille Nic and Andrea!! Tutto molto bene! Great location, breakfast, clean, cozy room Super hospitality and service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms, very clean, very friendly. The Breakfast was not extra ordinary, but very good. The coffee was excellent, the waiter very friendly. The fresh fruit very good. The eggs you could only get in cold state, there was no big assortment of cheese, ham,.... But overall we liked it very much.
Cons: The distance to the beach about 500m might be something, others do not like. We had no problem with that. Apart from that, I cannot think of anything, we did not like. If you expect full english breakfast, you might not become satisfied.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, easy walk to centre of town. Beautiful beach only 5min walk away. Nico was very helpful with sightseeing suggestions & restaurant recommendations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just great! - Amazing location, just 300m walk to a peaceful beach. There is a big market across the road. - Private parking space - Very clean, big rooms - The staff was so friendly and helpful. - Very good breakfast
6.7 Good
Pros: The owner, Nick, was really helpful and caring. The fruit at breakfast was very tasty. Peaceful atmosphere and chairs and sunbeds dotted about over the property. Good views of sea and peninsulas from back garden.
Cons: I expected the hotel to offer light meals throughout the day. So i had great difficulty reaching the restaurants - for me, 20 minutes' walk away and uphill. I have cancer and associated problems. Also i was expecting the beach yo be 5 mins away. I nearly died walking back up thr hill from there
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A lovely small hotel on the outskirts of the resort, with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean, and a lovely pool. Nearby Beaches are beautiful
Cons: Images give the appearance of direct access to the beach from the hotel grounds. There is a short walk to reach the beach along a road. We went out of season so most extra activities weren’t available.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was great. There is a supermarket across the street and the "bus stop" is also right there. The village center and restaurants are 10-15 minutes on foot. The back-garden and the view from there are very nice.
Cons: I really didn't like this place nor the staff. I chose this place because of the good score it had and the great breakfast and the helpful staff it was recommended for, but I did not experience any of that. I was very disappointed with the room. There was only a small 70x70 window that looked at the inside pool and the staircase. (I especially asked for a quiet room and due to its location it was anything but) The room was very dark and very simple and didn't have a nice feeling. I felt like in a cave and my immediate reaction was disappointment. The bathroom has not been renovated for many, many years. The tiles were in bad shape. The shampoo and the soap were at the cheapest kind, so definitely bring your own. The staff was not rude but rather annoyed with everything I asked for: recommendation for restaurants, booking boat trips, anything I asked I felt that I was a nuisance to them. It could be that they were just tired by the end of the season. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. They had no vegetables. None. No tomatoes, cucumbers or any of the sort. They had lots of tea biscuits and fruits, but I could only eat bread with butter and cheese. When I asked for vegetables (two days in a row) they said I can buy it myself in the supermarket, which I did from then on. I have never ever been to a place where I had to bring food to the included breakfast. When I checked out they apologies that I was not satisfied with the breakfast and said that if they knew in advance they could have organized it. Well, I told them the first day and was there for days but during my stay, they just suggested that I take care of it. All in all, I would not recommend this place at all and I will surely never return here.

Pros: Great welcome and breakfast. There is an amazing rock formation in the next street, much better than the mushroom in town
Cons: The steep hill on my bicycle. I am joking, it was superb.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this place so much I'm already planning to come back in 2 years. The bed was very comfortable and the views over the town to the distant mountains were spectacular. The hostess, Patrizia, was very helpful with suggestions and shared maps and photographs of the archaeological sites (my main interest) and also the beaches nearby. The terrace is lovely, but so is everything about this place. Immaculately clean, easy parking, great breakfast, it ticks all of the boxes. I can't wait to come again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the fact it was far from the busy and extremely expensive areas we traveled to Palau and Porto Cervo which are about 20 minutes away went to Cala Volpe to gorgeous beaches but at night the serenity of B&B Li Conchy was the cherry on top of the cake. Patrizia was a fantastic host. We will miss Gerry the cat. Mary & Pino From Australia

Cons: As long as you have a car it is a great location!
7.1 Good
Pros: Very quiet and nice place with a pool, close to everything
Cons: Wifi was only in the common areas
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The outside spaces are what really make this place special; the pool and gardens are beautiful and every room has a private terrace with an outside table. If you're looking for calm and relaxing you found it. The hostess is second to none, friendly and helpful in just the right measure. Breakfast is abundant, the only hardship being what to choose! It's true the room is simple and lacking any real home touches, but it's super clean and when the weather is nice everyone wants to be outside anyway. I'd stay again at the drop of a hat.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 1 night at Salmarina, it's a nice set up of +8 small cottages. It has a unheated pool in front of the main house/reception. The cottage has an outside kitchen with sink, inside is a spacious and clean room with s double bed. The bathroom and toilet with a separate bidet were all spotless. Breakfast was served at the main house. Very complete with a lot of fresh products. At €37,50 a night, this is an excellent deal!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: More a resort than an Agritursimo. Spacious bungalows, very quiet, fantastic brekafast, very kind hosts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner is really nice and professional and makes you feel like being at home. The place is amazing. We were the only ones there (late april/may) and has been one of our best experiences. The breakfast is very complete and tasty. You have to come and see for yourself.
Cons: There's not a single thing I could say here. It was only us, so I don't know if when all rooms might be taken, it will be different. But I believe not.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location. Covered parking. Nice host. Good breakfast. Very nice pool and garden.
Cons: In our room there was a strange smell. We couldn't use the kitchenette on the terrace.

Pros: Sea, beach, food at the hotel, view from our room
Cons: Everything was perfect, food was delucious, location and sea view amazing, beach gorgeous, very clean, srandy. But we had been disappointed that we had not been told it is possible to use La Bisaccia hotel's sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach free of charge, and we paid for that on the public beach. When we found it out we asked about that on the reception, they had promised to ask the Manager how to solve it out. We supposed we could get money back that we had paid for sunbeds and umbrellas. When we checked out nothing had been told and nothing had been paid, so this one was upset for us. They shouldbe transparent and say a out this possibility to use also LaBissacia hotel's private beach free of charge. Anyway, hotel, food, beach, vieš, sea are really amazing, we reccommend that definitelly.

Pros: Amazing views and location The room was clean and getting service often

6.0 Good
Pros: Good hospitality, friendly staff, parking free is an advantage, bus shuttle to a private beach that’s very good, breakfast is great with wide variety...
Cons: The hotel is fair, friendly staff, but many musings in the room, no coffee machine, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, even no tissu box, some in few quantities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location beautiful atmosphere awesome scenery. Absolutely gorgeous. Staff superb couldn’t do enough to help with whatever we needed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I like location, beautiful beach and excellent service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location by the beach, friendly staff
Cons: So many stairs to get to our room. We had a stroller for a baby, and it was a pain...
7.1 Good
Pros: Located in a very picturesque bay, great bar overlooking it, friendly staff. Live music nightly in the bar.
Cons: Our room (110, double with a sea view) was very dark with a strange layout and extremely noisy from staff clattering things outside early in the morning. We could not eat breakfast outside and the dinner menu was uninspiring. It’s quite a long walk to the hotel loungers on the beach which are jammed close together.

Pros: Location.rooms.staff.
Cons: No iron machine can be provided or can be found in the hotel

8.8 Excellent
Pros: I had such a relaxing weekend here, it is so peaceful and quiet. Loved the gallura stones and the pool area. Close to Arzachena and Costa Smeralda.
Cons: The WiFi in my room didn‘t work and only a few staff people can speak English. Breakfast was just okay, not too much variation.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully located next to impressive granite rock formations. Perfect pool and service. Delicious dinner. Close to Palau/La Maddalena.
Cons: Hard beds. If this is changed, definitely worth coming back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, excellent facilities, good food and friendly staff - couldn’t fault it! Will definitely book again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast and dinner. Place fits beautifully into the landscape
Cons: Unfortunately there’s no WIFI available in the rooms
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was a spectacular hotel, it was like living inside a luxurious farm. Both the staff and the owner of the hotel was incredible. She even prepared us a to-go breakfast from night before when we said we had to leave the hotel at 7am. We’d definetely come back here whenever we come to Sardegna.
Cons: The location is a bit further away from all the attractions and you have to drive a lot to reach every where.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is wonderful. We appreciated the sensitivity to the siting of all the buildings within this special landscape with the Galluran tafoni. Pool and bar and bartender Antonio were lovely. Our rooms too were great - away from the center of things with private porches. Nice bathrooms and great showers. Proximity to archeological sites!!
Cons: We were disappointed in the one dinner we had in the restaurant. Brusque waitress and 2/4 meals were mediocre. The mattresses were too hard. We are not that fussy, but these were really uncomfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, rural but with easy access to the nearby town good location for exploring the North Coast Superior Rooms are worth the little extra nice to sit on balcony after a days exploration
Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing as earlier guests had devastated the buffet and staff slow to replenish
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is placed in the middle of the nature The staff is very friendly Nice and very calm swimming pool and bar area The restaurant is very good and prices are correct
Cons: No WiFi in the room The room was a bit small for the price Breakfast a bit disappointing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was more than adequate; room was lovely; grounds are beautiful
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Loved the gallura stones and the pool area. Close to Arzachena and Costa Smeralda.
Cons: The receptionists could be more professional & Helpful. She simply walked us to our room, handed the keys & jumped in the golf car, and left. Did not even offer to help with our heavy luggage despite the long distance to the room. The bed was uncomfortable. Service was frosty. WiFi in our room didn‘t work, only around the pool area. Room was not clean properly.

Pros: The location, the staff the breakfast and the dinner were all fantastic. This was one of the best hotels that I ever have stayed in. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the beach and the property was well cared for and clean.
Cons: The lights on the building and balcony of my room may be beautiful when looking at the building from outside... they are a bad idea when in your room... you should be able to look out your window at night without a lot of light pollution... I felt like I was in the heart of Rome... when instead I should be looking out at a nice quiet ocean... and beach... I should not have to use darkening shades at such a location....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best location ever.
Cons: You need to hire a car or motorbike to go around
7.9 Good
Pros: Everything was what we expected. Nice room, nice pool, friendly personnel, good kitchen.
Cons: The only thing which I can mention is the evening entertainment during dinner...... not a very good singer and a very outdated repertoire on the synthesizer. So we went to the neighbors for dinner....;-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was fantastic, we spent a week there and enjoyed every minute.
Cons: The gym was quite poorly equipped.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly Rooms excellent
Cons: Location needed a car
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff attitude, so kind, so forthcoming, great cocktail (Bellini ...), good restaurant and a very nice SPA (despite not big).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at l'e bianca luxury resort was perfect on so many levels. The hotel is located in a secluded area where you will definitely feel like home with the overwhelming kindness of the staff and hotel manager as well as the beautiful and VERY CLEAN rooms they offer with a beautiful view on the hotel's pool and sea. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant is also very good and open for both diner and lunch. Its setting is also very well done and neat. The hotel manager and staff helped us a lot when we needed to do bookings and have some guidance regarding the most beautiful and fun things to do around the costa smeralda. The value for money is excellent, with an impeccable service. They even extended our check out hour and welcomed us to stay at the hotel's spa and bar while waiting for our flight that was due later in the evening. The hotel's secluded beach is breathtaking and also very secluded. We will definitely be back! L'E bianca luxury resort is the perfect place to have a home like experience in a luxurious setting and service.
7.5 Good
Pros: The luxury & politeness of staff from the reception
Cons: No facilities at all for children ! Not even a little Play area . No baby changing facilities in toilet either ☹️
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, we loved the fact that we got one with a terrace and a garden. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety was offered. The cocktails at the bar were great (though pretty expensive). The pool always clean, same for the surroundings. I loved the location of the hotel and the fact that it has a pool and the beach is just 2 minutes away. The beach was relatively clean and always empty, besides the guests from the hotel, there were very few people around. All in all great hotel with a wonderful view.
Cons: The staff at the reception and at the restaurant, even though they were friendly, they still need to improve to reach a 5-star hotel standard - but I am being very critical now. The recommendations for the restaurants that we received were not the best ones, so we were a bit disappointed. In the room with had some problems with ants, but nothing major. The location is really nice, but keep in mind that you might need a car to move around, visit the surroundings and go out for lunch/dinner (if you don't want to eat in the hotel's restaurant everyday).

Pros: Wonderful setting, amidst the hills of the Arzachena region, charming Sardinian lady owner, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant offering great food, a wonderful breakfast, 2 swimming pools, what else do you need? We stayed in Il Stazzo, the villa with private pool (the third one!), where you can feel totally on your own, and rest in the shadow of a holly oak by the poolside. Fully recommended!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The scenery was beautiful, the pictures you see on the website are exactly what it looks like in person. It’s a beautiful spot. Staff friendly and very helpful too.
Cons: My one negative is that it’s hard to get food during off hours when the restaurant is closed if you’re hungry.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful setting, delicious food, great staff and proximity to beautiful places.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Calm, peaceful atmosphere. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff. Lovely views and very convenient position for visiting all of north west Sardinia and the Maddalena islands.
Cons: Very uneven road up to our suite which was separate from the other units. After four days we complained about this as we were worried about damaging our hire car. Some improvements were made.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant is too expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully designed, quiet and luxurious. We were given a free upgrade to the villa which was absurdly great. Lovely dinner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful country farm, relaxed feeling
Cons: Old exterior with modern furnishings
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing high end boutique countryside setting. Very helpful staff and excellent meals. Pierre and Emanuel were excellent bar staff and hosts
Cons: The beds - very poor quality for the price and the very high quality of everything else. Springs could be felt.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and the hotel magical

Moma Boutique Hotel - Arzachena - Bedroom

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous location right in the mountains with a splendid view. Lovely big bedrooms with comfortable beds and good aircon ( not too cold which you normally find!! Very friendly staff who also offered a transfer into the centre for food one night for €10 and gave good recommendations for food. Great selection for breakfast as well :)
Cons: There must be kennels or something just below the property as there is the constant bark of dogs which is a bit annoying but it’s not too loud. The bathrooms were quite small but everything worked fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location with stunning views. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. Excellent facilities - pool was great and we can recommend the restaurant, We loved it, would be happy to stay there again!
7.9 Good
Pros: Great view!!! Big rooms, clean and comfortabel bed, fast check-in service. Restaurant looks really romantic! Free beach towels and beach umbrella’s.
Cons: Some things to improve: Showerhead was blocked by chalk and was looking dirrty. Not what you expect of a 190 euro/night room. Breakfast was disapointing, too simple for this price, compared to the other (cheaper) hotels we stayed at. No glasses in room but they do offer beer and sparkling wine in the minibar.. not nice to drink out of a plastic cup...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a real nice panorama, it stands on a hill so views from balconies are just spectacular! So it has another side of the story - if you didn't rent a car it will be very boring to stay there just reading books and sunbathing near the pool (in my opinion). Sardegna is all about driving and roaming from one beach to another, visiting nuraghes just on the way (especially go to see several in Arzachena and rainbow stairs of Chiesa Di Santa Lucia), taking photos of numerous yachts that cost a fortune (we were lucky to see Madame Gu twice - in Porto Cervo, then in Porto Rotondo. Just a piece of art). The deluxe room is very spacious, high V-shape roof with wooden beams, bathroom equipment is in very good condition, very cozy terrace with armchairs and a table to eat fruit in the evening with amazing view on the mountains, stars, illuminated pool and rocks and trees. Absolutely tranquil. The hotel grounds are very well designed and kept nicely, look wonderful during the day and at night. Staff was extremely friendly, smiley and helpful. Mario from the restaurant is very attentive during breakfasts and dinners, Daniele at the reception is also very nice, gave us an awesome tip-off about a restaurant to have dinner - La Sciumara (www.ristorantelasciumara.it). We've been all across Italy for the last 10 years and believe me it's just THE BEST PIZZA in Italy. I know what I'm talking about. An egyptian guy with a bright smile who works there as pizzaiolo for 20 years makes an absolute perfection out of his craft. The oven is heated by firewood (!) Especially try their special pizza La Sciumara with philadelphia cheese and a home-made head-spinning millefeuille cream within a crunchy sticks. Incredible taste and serving!! Thank you, Daniele, for your recommendation! If you come to Palau, which is 20 min. drive from this location, you may have a wonderful trip on a ferryboat (carrying cars) to Maddalena and other islands.
Cons: The main disappointment was almost constant barking of dogs from a rescue center on the adjacent territory. Daniele at the reception told us it happens only in September when they start to train those stray dogs for hunting when the hunting season is coming up. It's not just distant sounds, it feels like they bark just under your balcony and it starts at 4-5 a.m. As an old English lady said to me 'You have to be deaf not to hear them' ;-D We noticed many times that bewildered expression on a face of almost every new guest saying "Is that a breakfast of a boutique hotel?.. Are you kidding?..' Well, to us cereals with milk and honey, slices of melon, a yoghurt and a coffee with a croissant were just enough. Unfortunately there was no laundry service or any access to a washing machine, so you should use a self-service laundry in town or use a sink in your room ;-) Beaches in Cannigione not far from the hotel are not so splendid as many others, especially Tanca Manna was a sham. Higly recommend you to visit Spiaggia Rena Bianca (white sand beach) and Ira beach in Porto Rotondo.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the food, the beautiful patio restaurant, friendly helpful staff, the room with its balcony & view, the cleanliness, the location & price. For us it was perfect!
Cons: The driveway is a little narrow at the top, take care if you drive the car up to the room and do ask the staff for help if you need to, they are extremely helpful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff
Cons: Could have had bigger breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is great. The view is stunning.
Cons: The dogs around the property are crazy. The street down the hill is quite loud as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing and very calm location. Close to city Centre. Staff was really good!
Cons: Nothing to complain, everything was great
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was located very secluded no noise of cars nearby. Also the hotel has a nice pool. Rooms are just fine, nice beds, aircon working good. Rooms had a very nice balcony with nice view. Hotel is dog friendly we took our dog he was even allowed near pool area.
Cons: There are no umbrellas near the pool. The only shadow is on the grass section and there are 3 loungers. Small flies in the room (from nature feels like they came out of the ventilation shaft). Rooms are a bit out dated could use some rennovation. The breakfast was very average just some sausage, croissant and basic cheese. (for a 4*boutique hotel I expected more). I requested for my girlfriend and her brother birthday some things can be arranged (they send me a pricelist basically everything costed money which was fine by me). I called them after to say some of the stuff was oke, when we came there nothing was arranged (no flowers, no small cake, no small arrangements)
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful surroundings- very pretty garden and nice decor. Breakfast was ample.
Cons: Plastic cups in the room- no glasses! Dower waiters. No bar. Barking and howling of dogs 24 hours a day which totally ruined what should have been a tranquil break!

10.0 Excellent
8.8 Excellent
