Pool and nice open courtyard to relax from a day of sightseeing and tourist buying. Staff was very pleasant except for the day manager at the check in desk that was a little snooty but not too bad. We left a fit bit in the room and it was like pulling teeth to get the cleaning staff to come up with it. There was a field trip of youth staying and were very noisy and occupied the all the brunch seating but I'm sure that was not typical. Also the first room they they tried giving us for king bed was facing the street and had frosted Windows and looked like a prison cell. Get the inside doubles facing pool.
the location and the bathroom breakfast... the braed were cold and there was just a jam to eat with those cold breads.
Excellent location. Very clean - with comfortable rooms, lots of towels (changed daily), good TV/DVD facilities. Would be very happy to return.
The room is really nice The room's location is really bad, a lot of noise from the hall
Convenient parking, decent room sizes, air conditioning and extremely good staff. Electronic equipment didn't work, tv was tiny.
look boutique hotel with great location and pool
good value Jacuzzi not very warm or turbulent. Disappointing.
I LOVED everything about the hotel except for it's location as it was a bit further away from town. However the hotel did provide a free shuttle which ran every hour until 8pm. Also there were plenty of taxis available in town if one wanted to stay late. No.
best location, incredible service, very kind staff noice from church bell
The hotel is nice. It has that old Spanish style mention with a courtyard the middle, tall ceiling and charms. Hard bed and constant hourly bell ringing from nearby churches. The hotel provides earplugs.
Expensive for basic facility with non functioning bathroom
The patio and locationof the hotel, the smile of the young girl serving the breakfast, the view from room Q The rooms A to E very dark and noisy from people in the rooms upstairs
Everything was great There was nothing that I didn't like
Staff very friendly making sure as a visitor I had all that was needed for each day. Juan, our manager, took great care over us and went the extra mile when needed, what a great compliment to the very helpful staff. Assisted with transportation Recommendations for alternative meals Provided extra bottled water I booked the stay with the breakfast provided, meals at their bistro were amazing, the presentations of foods served as well as flavors. Location was very convenient to the events we were engaged with during the stay. The hotel gardens are very beautiful making the space very inviting and refreshing for a relaxed visit. Next time I would book a suite for a bit more comfort and an breathtaking view of the village. The room was very comfortable and very clean plenty of hot water and serviced daily. Casa Rosada was a complement to its beautiful colorful surroundings Temperatures were a bit cooler than expected requiring some heat however, the Casa Rosada provided space heaters which were fantastic for taking the chill out of the room.
The old charm inside and out made me feel like I was living in a different era. The property is beautiful and there is a cemented area that appears there was previously a pool. I wish it was still there, it would have made it perfect. The inside of our room was nice except there was no air conditioning but that was not a big problem since the room was naturally cool. Major cites and city center is walking distance. Hot water ran out when trying to fill the tub. The tub is huge though. The Lobby music played from 9am to around 9p and we had a room across the front desk area. I think a major reason they play it is because you can hear a lot from your room (people talking). I would ask for a back room or second story room .
