Pros: Only positive was the staff was friendly and the tv is nice. Other than that the facility was very average.
Cons: Noise is an issue here. Walls must be paper thin as you can hear conversations from neighboring rooms. There was a foreign substance on the side of the bed that I couldn't figure out. Just overall average at a more expensive rate. Would have expected this stay from a $60-75 a night hotel.

6.8 Good
Pros: Price location cleanliness just staff should be quiet for customers to be happy. Can't sleep while you talk
Cons: The housekeeping staff were very loud and constantly talking from 7am I couldn't sleep after that
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the affordable nightly rate
Cons: I didn't like the size of the room. It wasn't big enough
8.2 Excellent
Pros: price and convenience
4.8 Okay
Pros: I like the large bed and the fact nobody was right next to me. It was clean for the most part, except the rug. Nce tv and the ac worked great.
Cons: I called ahead of time to double check that check in was 1 p.m. When I arrived at 1:47 and checked in, carrying all my bags to the second floor, the room was nowhere near ready. I have some errands to run, so I decided to come back and hopefully the room would be ready then. When I arrived back two hours later, the room was still not ready. I went to the desk and asked for a new room, and they had no idea what was going on. I was not offered a later check out time or any other compensation.
7.7 Good
Pros: Right off highway. With restaurant and mall a short distance away
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were plush and abundant. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only down side the local water has an off flavor so bring water for drinking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the location and how there were plenty of places to get deliveries from. The TV had all the best channels including HBO (with a game of thrones marathon). There was even an app where you could control your TV from your phone and such. The room was perfect size with a big bathroom, King size bed, flat screen tv , mini fridge and microwave which surprisingly both came in handy!
Cons: The rain caused the TV to keep shutting off or restarting, and cutting out which became very annoying. But it was dealable, the hotel can't control storms. I also did not enjoy that our neighbors seemed to be very loud, you could hear everything they said, not to mention they had 2 dogs that barked throughout the night, and with the door combining the two rooms any sound either room made, would set the dogs off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really couldn't ask for more. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I was surprised at how up to date the room design was. Best room under $100
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean room, free coffee, nice front desk person
10.0 Excellent
Pros: didnt get to stay long but was very relaxing and super comfortable beds! and i loved that by closing the curtains the room was blacked out! was perfect for the couple hours of sleep we needed
6.5 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the tv mediocre and pricing was great. Oh and it was in a pretty township.
Cons: I was in a non smoking room, which smelled like cigarettes. The tv has a music section that you shouldn’t have to pay for. And the bath tub wouldn’t drain it’s water after you showered. And they had rubbish under the bed and left in draws.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: As soon as we walked in we stooped and said to each other, "Wow! This is so much better than I expected!" Hardwood floors, great bed, pillows of differing densities, big TV, desk, plenty of plugs, nice and clean. The cleaning lady had even wished us a "bless" day
Cons: The room would be perfect if only they'd replace the shower head. It's like a trickle and pretty calcified. Bad enough I thought it worth one star on its own

Pros: Nothing
Cons: After a long road trip, we were looking forward to sleeping in and arrived to learn there was "mix up" in the system and our room was not properly reserved by booking.com. She couldn't even lie well about it. She didn't bother to try to get us into the other Red Roof Inn in Binghamton tried to blame us for the mistake then tried to blame booking.com when they called to clairfy. It was pretty clear they gave the room away. Horrible customer service but booking.com got us another room and covered the difference and we were finally able to sleep by 3am. Red Roof Inn ruined half our minivacation but booking.com saved it. I am sure it was human error in one chain but my father has been using the Red Roof Inn since the 90s and instilled in me how it is a quality value chain and I had inherited that respect. I have used the chain often but have noticed a diminishing in quality and after this horrible incident, I have told everyone I know never to use it and will continue to do so.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The smell of smoke was overwhelming
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Good place for the money. Will stay there every time I go to Binghamton.
Cons: Walls are kinda thin so I could hear my neighbors, but that's the only bad thing.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room. Great value.
Cons: Smoke smell of room (I was in non-smoking room). Noisy neighbors. Had to ask them to turn TV down at 4am because they were blasting it.

Pros: I had a relatively big room. The bed was comfortable but squeaking.
Cons: The weekend price was pretty high ($90+) Some rooms are noisy because of a nearby building that has loud AC (or something) outside. Unfortunately that's on the side facing away from the highway, but the rooms at the end of the building (away from the lobby) are ok. The internet (Wifi) was a bit slow. The bed was comfortable but squeaking.

Cons: Ceiling fixtures were hanging. Shower curtain rod kept falling from the wall, 1 light bulb worked in the whole room, desk chair kept falling apart, tney said coffee and alarm clock in room there was none.

Pros: they charged me $50.00 for one night/ that is okay. the water that came from the shower was forceful and that was great. the room needs more repairs like there was broken furniture, the door hinges needs some repairs, some fresh coat of paint. the bathroom is very clean. sign in and sign out was very quick and simple.
Cons: overall the room needs fresh coat of paint, repairs to the furniture, the white towels were not fresh and crisp. we used our own towels. I can forget all the other negatives however there is something i have to tell and hope this is addressed well for the sake of your business. please please keep the breakfast area very clean. the refrigerator was so filthy, the gallon of milk in that refrigerator had gone sour, the container that had the utensils was so filthy- dirty- nothing looked clean in the breakfast nook.the microwave inside was very dirty. if the owners are unable to keep up with the cleanliness, please do not offer free breakfast. from the time i went to have the breakfast around 8am and until i checked out this older woman (i think it is the owner) was watching tv with her both feet up. never said hello or how are you. cleanliness in an eating area is very important [ls take care of it. thank uou
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I generally liked most of the accommodations, the staff, and the cleanness was definitely what I was hoping for. That and I was overjoyed to find a HDMI compatible TV in my room.
Cons: Some of the outdated bathroom facilities. In particular I didn't like the non adjustable shower-head that made me feel like I was being sprayed by a mini fire-hose. That and I didn't like the bathtub plug that didn't work when I was more in the mood for a bath than a shower on one of my nights at the motel.
