Pros (+) One of the nicest Hampton Inn properties. All renovated interior, and well managed. Staff was outstanding.
Cons (-) If you want to exercise, location leaves a lot to be desired. The neighborhood is not appropriate for running or walking. Need to go elsewhere. While indoor pool is nice, very limited exercise equipment.

Cons (-) We booked 2 queens and had to take 1 king for a family of four, because our reservations were not there! The worst part was the room smelled Stongly of cigarettes! Not the best Hampton experience.

Cons (-) The Price -- Payed over $300 for 1 night stay as we decided to go to Asheville last minute. Had a hard time finding a decent room in town, so paid the price. No Hampton is worth $300 a night though.
Cons (-) The ac in our room made too much noise to sleep. I was unhappy that I could not receive Hilton honors points since I booked using kayak. I didn't save any money by doing so. It would be nice if Hilton showed the same amount of loyalty to their customers as they expect from them.
