Pros (+) Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. The person at the front desk was welcoming.
Cons (-) Carpet felt a little greasy. Looked like someone had tried to kick the door in. Bathroom door was also broken in places.

It was actually a better place than I thought it would be. It is not the Grand Bohemian, but I did not want that.
