Duty manager most helpful. Changed our room without our request as noisy party in hotel so we had cheaper room than previously booked which was really not up to my standard. acceptable meal served at 10.00pm. Bathroom too basic and depressing
Restaurant food and prices good. Waiter very helpful, pleasant and polite. Confusion over booking ref: requirement for extra bed which we were told on arrival was not available despite having requested it when booking was made. Eventally person on reception agreed to try and find a bed for us but on entry to our room we found an extra bed had already been provided and set up. Better staff communication and information would have saved a frustrating 20 minutes of explanation and difficulty.
The room was fairly clean. This motel is a shame. With the same 80€ you can sleep at newhotel du midi which is right in the centre and lovely. Cold atmosphere. Windows you can't open. Poor breakfast (and not included). Very old and uncomfortable materas. Do not go there!
Walking distance from the airport ... with a pool and a surprisingly good restaurant and very helpful staff.
The food was reasonable The price in relation to the quality of the room
Restaurant, Pool, Bar, Internet Access Room Facilities lacking
the service at the bar and restauant was very attentive. E.g., at breakfast time, constantly updating the food supply - as well as cleaning! the floor needs remodeling.
It is literally right next to the airport, and the hotel offeres a free shuttle. To go into town, take the airport shuttle for only Euro 1.50, rather than a taxi at over 20Euros. There is nothing to do there. Unless you have work to do, or people you are traveling with to talk to, you would need to go into town, which is a bit of a distance.
The position of the hotel next to the airport suited my late arrival
No restaurant facilities at the weekend
Convenience of location, cleanliness of room, efficiency of staff. It would have benefited from more cafe facilities for daytime use.
good place to have base for traveling very quite at nightgood for roads and good local reasturants nice staff and safe parking
Service, kindness of staff, prices of food
The room was clean and comfortable and fairly spacious for a European hotel
The accomodation was clean and adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful. The car parking was good Restaurant closed on Sunday
Nice, clean rooms. Good location for an overnignt stay if you are on the road between Spain and Northern France. No real windows in the room.
Very good value of money relation. The food in the restaurant was good and wine, excelent.
secured, newly renovated. large parking space. centrally located if you are in the lunel area. breakfast is poor. bathroom badly designed. huge tub (triangular shape) taking half most of the space, the toilet squeezed in the corner, you barely have leg room unless you are a midget. Wifi coverage is very poor if you are in the middle section of the hotel., our room was not well lit. it had 2 small windows ...not enough for such a room.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. We booked a double and a twin and there was a connecting door so we could go between the rooms privately. The bathrooms were clean and modern and there was a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities in each room. Rooms are very small but we were only on an overnight stay so was OK for one night. The rooms and beds were clean but the beds and pillows smelled pretty bad (no idea why) and the matresses were lumpy.
This is most definitely the most stylish hotel we have stayed in. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms superb, large, chic and contempory with no expense spared, we loved having our own personal computer in the room as well as a nespresso machine. The spa facilities are also excellent. We ate on the terrace both evenings, overlooking the pool and gardens and the food was of a high standard and beautifully presented and the staff were all extremely efficient.
Excellent high-class luxury hotel with all facilities. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent meals. Beautiful environment. Expensive but value for money.
this is one very special hotel! the hotel is newly fitted to a very luxurous standard. Felt 'wrong' for business accomodation but wow a very nice place to come for romance. a restaurant is desperately needed.
Very classy and beutiful hotel in an serene setting in the centre of vineyards yet only aa few minutes away from the centre of Montpelier and the autoroute. the reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient, we received an upgrade! The room was full of lighting, so unlike most French hotels, and there was even a Vaio computer and printer in the room with free internet, the printer even had paper! The food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast. The service at Dinner was cheerful and attentive and the wine froim the estate was good and not expensive. The only downside to the whole stay was that the waiter at breakfast was a little morose!
Wonderful setting - extremely comfortable and relaxing Room had a wonderful Alessi Bathtub with jacuzzi, but it was broken and not fixed during the stay. It was very disappointing.
The hotel was beautifully presented with a mixture of old and modern decor very tastefully done. It was peaceful and offered a wonderful sanctuary from the bustle of the beach and the city at the end of the day. The food and service were both excellent. There was a tennis court on site which we used regularly. It was rather expensive (especially with the current sterling/euro exchange) but probably in line with similar establishments, the breakfast for example cost Euro 25 each if you wanted scrambled eggs (ie something cooked) and Euro 18 each for the continental choice. Our room did not have a mini bar so we had to buy our water from the hotel every day which again was quite expensive (Euro 8 for a bottle I think).
Lovely, modern, small hotel in quiet setting with pleasant outdoor areas and excellent restaurant and spa. Particularly pleasing bedrooms and plenty of parking.
The room and hotel were very well put together, the furnishings and fittings are superb and of a very high quality. There are no staff on in the evening and no facilities. We were warned that on Sun & Mon the restaurant is closed, what they meant was the whole hotel was empty of staff. The receptionists all of whom were excellent go at about 7pm and we were left with a key to let ourselves in and out, the bar was closed and no drinks hot or cold are available. So dissapointing and not what you expect for £150pn
The staff were very good and the resturant had good facilities. The hotel directions and signs were not accurate and the change of the hotel ownership should have been forward to us.
Quiet Ants in the bedroom and poor service in the restaurant
The bathroom was recently renovated to a relatively high standard for the price. The hotel was located approximately 10mins by taxi from Montpellier and a 20min walk from the tram station, so not very convenient. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Nice room, nice surroundings No air conditioning
Check-in process and permanence of staff was ok The room was too small and not adapted for 3 persones contrary to what was annouced at check-in
Booked a studio with kitchen and had a room with a fridge. No special fare for wedding whereas this was agreed previsouly
Location and breakfast
Dinner in the restaurant was good and good value. Room very small and not clean
Exactly what we needed for a 2 nights stay. We booked a triple room but the online system registered us as a single room. Fortunately, the clerk was able to change that.
Location for our wedding party Swimming pool (small but nice) Size of the room
correct for the price.good breaksfast
Food Service towards public transport missing
The Studio Room (6) had a bad smell of sewage, we think from the pipe that runs down through the room from toilets upstairs.
Nice staff - nice swimming pool - clean Far from city - hard bed
Certainly not a 3 star hotel
quiet, nice swimming pool, kind personal,distance to beaches and cities in theneighbourhoud, price, thin wall , noice from neighbour rooms;
Air conditionning in the room was very much appreciated.Decoration of the room is nice. There is a small kitchen but without anything to cook and eat (no plate, no fork, no knife, no pan). We stayed 2 nights but in between the beds were not made.
Quite adequate, and the food at the L'orange Bleue was above average. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent for the price. No internet available in the rooms.
Very funky rooms. Restaurant separate, seemed strangely detached, so ate in local town.
Staff very accomodating helped us change room as there was a crying baby nearby. The pool was also big and in a pleasant location. The food was excellent - the dessert was to die for The meal was excellent but expensive for us mainly due to the euro rates
The building was really nice and traditional with a lot of character. The pool was very nice and it had a good restaurant I would have liked tea and coffe facilities in the bedroom, possibly a safe also. The breakfasts at 14 Euros per head were expensive.
We were very disappointed with the service at dinner, although the food, when it did arrive, was quite satisfactory though not exceptional - 2.30hrs is far too long to have to sit in a dining room after a long day's journey.
Very spaceous rooms, friendly and helpfull staff, nice swimmingpool with beautiful view.
The staff were friendly and obliging and we enjoyed a delicious evening meal. Lovely unspoilt location with fantastic views from the pool area.

Had all the essentials, was clean and good value place to spend the night. The hotel location is in an industrial area and is a modern budget design. Fine for a night on the way somewhere else but would not want to spend a week's holiday there. Small room
The staff were friendly, the magazines were up to date and a nice touch, the towels were nice, The shower fitting was dirty, there is no bus shuttle to the airport, there is no information whatsoever for travelling to Montpelier by public transport, there is no information on location of beaches, information on area is needed.
Quite near to the airport when travelling on foot (about 2 km), nice staff, not very far away from a big shopping center. A bus stop quite far from the hotel (about 2 km), Montpellier and beaches also quite far from the hotel (about 7 km).
It was value for money but I was disappointed that there is not a shuttle service to the airport. I will not recommend it to someone who want to be close to the airport It cost 15euros to the airport by taxi!!!!!!!!!!
The check-in and out process was very easy. Would be nice if they provided maps to nearby locations.
Close to the autoroute. Tiny bathroom
Perfect for one night stay.
price too far from airport
Exactly as expected, small chain hotel. Kids bunk beds worked fine for 3. Glad that the breakfast was optional, we went elsewhere. Tiny breakfast buffet, but it was optional, and skipping it reduced the hotel cost.
