Pros (+) The view, free breakfast
Cons (-) Carpet was stained, tv and remote didn’t work, looked very shabby and unkept, no decaf coffee. Was not enough toiletries for the amount of guests in the room, not enough towels either. Will pay more next time to stay somewhere else
Cons (-) The room wasn't maintained well. Holes in the wall, burn marks in the bathroom and on the quilt. The TV was way outdated. Communication between staff is poor. The "orange juice" wasn't juice. Too far from major attractions. $10 charge for parking on their property.

Cons (-) They used wayyy too much bleach to clean the room had to air it out. Dont be fooled by "balcony" room or "continental breakfast". Stayed on 3rd floor and pretty sure we were the only occupants on that floor. Wifi sucks. But for $80 for the night it wasnt bad

Cons (-) There was no parking. Desk guy moved his car and demanded 10 dollars cash! Holes in the wall, shower was beyond gross, dirt everywhere, big cracks around door so the wind just blows in, the bathroom had peeling fixtures, and even the steps and outdoor walkway were sticky with something gross. I only paid 80 bucks but I might as well slept under the boardwalk.

Cons (-) Dirty, the bathroom had hairballs in it, room was dingy and dark, no blankets just a bed spread that was probably never washed, loud basically crack motel.
