Cons:
Van was barely cleaned. Old food and debris from previous renter under seats and in back. Trash from previous renter in glove box. My rental was a Ford Trasit or similar. I ended up with a Chevy express. There were no Ford Transits. Not one anywhere and I don’t believe there ever was. I called for weeks before my rental pickup to have one allocated and was called the day before to tell me. I don’t believe that if your customer service associates took the time to actually look at a schedule, I could’ve been notified and I would’ve made other plans. I was transporting elderly people, the Transit’s configuration made it a lot easier for us and comfortable for them.10.0 Wonderful
