Cons (-) next to railroad tracks, heard many trains during the night. Refrigerator was so noisy, I had to unplug it. Not all the TV stations came in clear. Carpet and furniture was stained, not visually appealing. If you want a quiet night's sleep, this is not the place. Pros (+) The best part of my stay is when it was time to leave. This place was nasty, it gave me a bad feeling as soon as i pulled up.
Cons (-) If you like cockroaches running the baseboards, dirty bathrooms, prostitution in the parking lot and an owner that could care less. This place is for you. Im disgusted by the whole thing. The good news is that i know where not to stay when traveling through atwater.
