It was a hovel, run down, gardens overgrown, cobwebs hanging from rafters, fridge rusty, shower temp control very difficult. It felt and smelt dirty.

Very clean and tidy. Excellent staff on reception

The room had modern decor and was up to date with the heat pump, free internet , tv etc. Really good value for money

I always stay here on every trip I made,but this trip they disappointed me of the room I reserve, I had to sleep at the airport because of the person who help me, Im not gonna stay here again.

The unit was good and quite. Beds were well made and the room was clean and tidy.

The buildings have not been well maintained, looks like a leaky home. The managers are great people but it must be hard keeping up with appearances.

Only stayed overnight but the staff we friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

Very basic, in need of update, which we were advised was in the near future. The property showed signs of age which was a pity as the staff were fantastic, which helped the place look better than it was.

We operate 4 1/2 star apartments in Melbourne, so we are very harse critics, but the place is in dire need of a refit. Very 80's, which was a shame as the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and overshadowed the accommodation by a mile. Compliments to the Chef.

The staff were friendly. The pick up and drop off at airport.

The cost of the breakfast. $15.00 for an omlet and juice, tea or coffee. Toast was an xtra this seemed a bit over the top, toast should have been part of the cost.

Was close to our family.

Is a bit dated. Could do with upgrading bathroom as expelair made squeaking noise and shower bottom very bouncy.

The digital technology installed in hotel is amazing: big LCD tv carries internet, info, movies and tv accessed by wireless keyboard. No need to carry a laptop there.

We just needed to be close to the airport-which this motel is. Free shuttle with a pleasant ,prompt driver was the big plus for us.

This was the second time and we had a very small room, no room for any thing else, alright for over night but no good for longer stays

Rooms compact, but clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and having the microwave etc an added advantage.

I have used the motel twice now because of its proximity to the airport & it is so easy to find. The room prices are excellent & the rooms are immaculate.

Arrived at 1:30 in morning. Would've loved if could've purchased a snack or if there were some biscuits in room with my cup of coffee

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at the train station on my last morning there.

Very well kept up, great staff. Previous reviewers have complained about road noise, but that is only in the rooms that border the road (we stayed in one of them). With the window closed, it wasn't too bad

The bed was past its useful life. Shuttle service to and from the airport is ~$40-$50 each way, not a free hotel service. 'Free WiFi' was a 1hr, 100mb voucher, once per day. Seems that may be standard down here, but wasn't what I expected.

It was close to the beach and a surf spot right out front loved it and managers awesome let us have a late checkout

The room seemed very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel was easy to find and central for our purposes.

That their was no dish washing facilities in the room, and no remote control for the T.V, other wise we were very happy with our stay.

I needed to check out at 5:30am in the morning. I prepaid for the room during check-in. The manager was very kind and flexible to advise me of leaving the key card inside the room and simply going away the following morning.

The decor was very basic and bland. The curtains were too thin to shed against outside light source. Inside the bathroom, distance between the hand basin and shelf of towels was so close that I hit my head a couple of times when washing my face.
