Pros: the facility was beautiful...

Pros: Idyllic location! The hotel is very beautiful and the staff were very friendly and service was great. The views are amazing and it was an ideal location to relax and unwind.
Pros: Fabulous Resort. All the personal working at the hotel goes an extra step to make your staying enjoyable. We have to give more than thanks to Joseph, the Manager, and to both of the Receptionists Maria and Ardiano whose efforts in their attention to guests are extraordinary. Congratulations to all of them!!! By the way ... great breakfast!
Cons: You would love everything here. Trust me!
Pros: A truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were spoilt, upgraded without request as they had availability. The hotel is spotless and fantastically appointed, the attention to detail is impressive. The professionalism of the host was coupled with real generosity, I cannot recommend our stay more highly. I should also mention the exquisite food we enjoyed, a multicourse meal of the highest caliber was tailored to suit my wife's specific food restrictions without difficulty and with a smile.
Pros: beautiful building in a beautiful countryside. Splendid manucured garden, with very large swiming poool. Dream breakfast on the terrace.
Cons: decoration of the rooms and inside building a bit basic (even though we knew it from the pictures), would deserve better. Situation a bit isolated in the middle of the wild - which is a positive as well, full immersion in nature
Pros: Stunning view, very nice staff, great food, definitely recommend it! Love to return!

Pros: Clean and neat, near by motorway. Good place to stay if you need to break a long drive south/north. Planning to be there again to visit the cave that are in the area.
Pros: We chose this as an economical and central location convenient to Caggiano and the mountains near Petina, with easy access to the highway for our next day in Ravello. Caggiano is a breathtaking hilltop town with gorgeous views and a wonderful Michelin-starred restaurant called Lacanda Severino. At £45, the tasting menu is quite affordable, and the desserts are magical. The mountains west of Petina are breathtaking to behold. Or hotel room had a view of another picturesque village and a farm strewn with hay bales, suitable for a Van Gogh painting. And when we returned to the hotel from dinner in Caggiano, we were greated by fireflies. It was magic.
Cons: As in some other Italian accommodations, the bed was made up of two single beds squeezed together and covered with a thin pad. By morning, the mattresses had split apart, and I woke up in the crack between them.
Pros: American coffee. Breakfast hostess very special lady at a time of hustle
Pros: Very clean and well kept. Just off the highway. Personnel very helpful.

Pros: Location and atmosphere
Cons: All was fine
Pros: everything was just fine
Pros: A lovely mountain town and fantastic property. Gated with ample parking for vehicle. Clean! Very attentive property manager who met us within 10 minutes of arrival. She had some great local recommendations.
Cons: No complaints about the property. The off-season made finding a place for dinner somewhat difficult but a short drive to another nearby town solved that problem.

Pros: Hotel Zi Marianna is a great little spot tucked into the mountains of Pertosa. Being a family run hotel, the staff (family) were very welcoming and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food is fresh, locale and delicious. We had dinner there both nights and it was amazing. We stayed 2 nights and we were able to walk to the Sport Campobase for rafting and grotto di Pertosa for caving. Both excursions were fun and informative for all ages. If you like to explore a more authentic and less tourist spot Zi Marianna will not disappoint. It was a refreshing break. Even the kids loved the quiet ambiance of a small Italian village.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! Local ingredients and attention to detail. Great local wine too! Our family room (4 people) was very comfortable and it had a great view of the mountains.

Pros: Staff very friendly. They were very accommodating! We are from America, and even though the lines of communicating was sometime challenging but fun for all of us; they were very interested in giving us anything we needed. They were very patient and we learned much from the staff. Also, scrambled eggs for breakfast were great! Thank you!
Pros: Customer service (Maria receptionist was super hospitable). Sport facilities (bikes available)
Pros: The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The internet worked. The breakfast was good and I appreciated that it started at 7:30.
Cons: The room's air conditioning was set at max but still very weak. I kept waking up sweating throughout the night. The staff did not inform us that there was a party going on at the restaurant and we heard loud fireworks that shook the room around 10:30 PM. The shower was cramped. The television did not work. There was no real introduction provided by the receptionist upon check-in. I had to piece together bits of information from papers in the room about restaurant hours.

Pros: Clean and comfortable with great restaurant and lovely staff.
Cons: Bed wasn’t overly comfortable
Pros: Location, food.
Cons: There's nothing I wouldn't like,everything was fine
Pros: We stayed at the hotel for one night on our drive down south to Sicily. When we arrived it seemed a bit deserted but then again other people arrived a few hours after us. The town itself is small - I went for a quick run through it the next morning. The breakfast was really nice and there was a nice lady who made me a coffee/tea and made sure we have butter, ham and cheese. My partner really enjoyed the apple tea cake.
Cons: We had a room facing the road and it was noisy... I’m a light sleeper but a heavy sleeper could probably sleep through it. The beds were hard but I slept fine on it without getting sore. The bathroom shower really needs an update... there was a shower curtain that rapes you and the shower head was too high so if you wanted to just wet your body and not your hair it’s not advisable. Even if the hotel puts shower glass wall there instead of the curtain it would be much better!
Pros: Nice and comfortable hotel. Convenient location. Pet friendly. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Cons: We were looking forward to having pizza for dinner but there was a large group of people so it wasn't on the menu that evening The tv was in a weird place in the bedroom, not directly in front of the bed.
Pros: some personnel very nice
Cons: Place was taken over by birthday party, karaoke and fireworks and people shouting in corridors till 2 AM. Room for 4 was as small and dark as room for one Only leftovers left for late breakfast
