My parents and I needed two rooms on our way up the coast and Bandon was the nicest town we could afford to stay in without driving too much. No pets meant my mom's allergies weren't an issue. Very basic, would recommend if you're sick of chain hotels but want to avoid your down and dirty truck stops. ...
