The room was very clean! Excellent location, attentive staff. Very good value for money. Good location and size room is good. Good bed. Basic clean room with a double bed and window looking out onto side road, and natural light can enter. There is also a table and a chair, and furniture for hanging clothes. The toilet is located just outside the door. Affordable. Clean room (but very basic amenities). Great location just 2 min from both BTS and MRT stops and the Terminal 21 mall, despite this quiet at night given being in a small side street. Clean. Comfortable. Good communication. Good location. Old building and shared bathroom. A bit smelly from humidity terrible bed. The bed too hard and no TV. Bathroom is small. There is a slight sewage smell about 10% of the time, probably due to the large drain at the main road. The noise from nearby transport activities all night was a major downside. Understaffed (single manager who appears only when you buzz at the front desk). Bare bones amenities. It isn't very soundproofed. Facilities are ok but bathrooms are a bit old and often need more toilet rolls. No lift. Room is pretty small, but perfect if all you want is to sleep in it. Only complaint is that the air conditioner can't be adjusted so it doesn't blow on you in bed. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell coming from outside the building, but keeping the window closed and the AC on helped. The first room we got smelt of sewage. The owner said once we turn on the AC this'll work itself out. It did not. The smell came from the street outside so there was no getting rid of it, the AC just made it worse. It was late at night and the place was full so there was little to do. The morning after another room became available, which was 100% fine so we stayed. A slight smell of sewage unfortunately still lingered in the common areas. None. There were insects in the room. Found a couple of cockroaches. Had water dripping sound all night making it impossible to sleep. My room faced the loading docks of Terminal 21 so it was quite loud all night long. Earplugs needed. Noises around the house. However, there’s a pair of earplugs in the room. Noisy. But not a big problem. Slight noise behind the hotel but it didn't affect our sleep.
