Pros (+) location. the staff tried to be helpful but they are under staffed
Cons (-) our daughters room had been poorly cleaned. when her daughter spilled milk on bed she removed the bedding which revealed a lot of dried urine that had not been cleaned up. the mattress pad was actually stuck to the mattress cover. door key cards only worked like 2 times in a row then we would have to go get new ones. not much for breakfast selection.
