The rooftop bar was amazing. It was a great place to relax at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
Location was great Rooftop bar did good food and cocktails (although very small portions of food) Quite modern and stylish Free mini bar Good toiletries
Paper thin walls and could constantly hear buzzing noises, the lift, people coming and going and the rooftop bar Could feel springs in bed Pool not heated Breakfast staff not refilling empty stuff, no cups, egg station taking too long to process orders Lack of information about accessing Tiananmen square (tourists need passports and the hotel could have easily made us aware of this when we booked in or had some information on a notice board) Laundry not ready when it should have been and very expensive Very dark inside some of the areas of hotel
The location and the roof top restaurant, as well as right in the middle of a tourist area.
Can't find the switch to switch on the overhead lights, Very dark.
Taxi access was not known by all. Had to get dropped off and walk a ways into the hotel area. It wasn’t very clear.
Everything was modern, clean, and new. The staff was excellent and helpful. We asked them for directions, attraction information, and recommendations for places to eat. Thank you Mr. Ma!
The gym equipment is located in an open hallway that you walk by when you walk from the elevator to your room. Guests and staff will walk through the "gym" hallway to get from place to place.
