Warm with goood location
It was noisy at night. The toilet seat wasn't clean.
The hotel was located near to the ulster museum, botanic garden as well as supermarkets and restaurants. As a family travelling with children, we felt safe in the area. The rooms are modern and clean, though a little small and cramp for a family of 4.The breakfast provided was good and well balanced.
It would be better if there is free wi-fi in the rooms.
The manner and helpfulness of the staff. We wer offered breakfast on arrival and thought this ws very considerate as we had travelled in bad weather to get there. Also staff gave us information on how to reach most suitable shopping destinations
It was close to amenities, value for money.
I booked 4 family rooms, which suit 2 adults and 2 childeren, but when I wanted to put 3 adults into it I had to pay an extortionate supplement and was not happy aboout this.
It's exactly what it offers on the web site. Comfortable and tidy and ticks all the boxes.
Very reasonably prices. Excellent hotel for little cost. Also free parking is excellent as it's hard to find in a city centre hotel.
Decor, reception staff attitude
The breakfast was good and staff friendly
We were put in a smoking room as none smoking rooms were not available, but I don't think I asked for smoking room when I booked the room. The rooms were not very sound proof. We were awoken by guests in the next room when they arrived in.
Nice walking distance of the city, although still quite quiet at night.
Rooms fairly basic for the price we paid. £275 for 3 nights is not cheap accomodation.
Very good value, clean, comfortable, great convenient location for everything (trips, walking, etc), quiet, near a good range of restaurants, hotelbar/restaurant was fine, staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and would recommend it as a very good basic hotel.
