Breakfast was very nice. But please put milk in the milk jug. It's not an expensive item. Had to ask
Building site beside our room. If the rooms weren't all occupied it would have been nice to have a sleep in
Loved how central it is and a late checkout we got. We've stayed before and loved our stay when it was newly opened. But this time was different.
The bed was awful. It was dipping in the middle, and the sheets weren't put on properly and would bunch up during sleep. Right next to the hotel is a big building site, and we were woken up to drilling quite early (8am) in the morning. Also the room is showing wear & tear: the table, and sink-taps are all wobbly. We were really disappointed and wouldn't stay again. We'd probably go to another hotel... especially considering the price. The TV connection was shocking - all channels had signal problems. Breakfast was disappointing (barely anything there. Had to ask multiple times for items, like milk).
Location was great and the room was clean and very comfortable I really enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely come back here
Good location friendly staff
Rooms quite basic
very good location, friendliness of all staff, liked the security of lift (need your cardkey to activate) shower was excellent. hotel was quiet even though busy.
felt bar/restaurant area felt it had no atmosphere or encouraged to stay and have a drink or meal
