I loved everything about this hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Everything was good - nice rooms - nice bar - lovely view - nice staff
The lobby. Spending the night in Warwick at NYLO. Got dessert at the hotel restaurant..a "sweet and salty" It's French fries covered in caramel with ice cream, fudge and chocolate covered bacon. The bacon was a little undercooked and fatty which wasn't appetizing when covered in chocolate. Not for the unadventurous for sure, the menu was pretty good with some thoughtful touches, the staff very accommodating. The atmosphere a little too dimly lit for my taste, and the drinks a bit overpriced, but worth it for the experience. The decor is modern/industrial but falls a little short in some of the cheaper fixtures that just don't go, i.e. faux coral chandeliers and bar stools that look like leftovers from an American Legion. They could have done better in that regard. I'm thinking I won't waste my money next time my husband and I plan a night away. The sheets and towels are rough, the bed so-so. The pillows are abnormally small (think slightly larger than an airline pillow). Paint was chipping in the shower and the bathroom itself reminded me more of a murder room out of SAW than a luxury hotel. The shower, while large, with a rainfall shower head with great pressure, went from arctic cold to scalding with very little wiggle room in between. Again, the modern fixtures and furniture aren't much better than ikea quality and the aesthetics are nice from a distance but not for what we paid to stay. The lobby was fun with retro books and suspended egg chairs. Also the hotel itself is unusually cold and I am always hot so that's saying a lot. Bummer.
The entire place was very clean and smelled clean. The staff was friendly. The decor at the hotel was very interesting and different from any other hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The back of the hotel was pretty facilities get the river and at night the lights added a nice affect. The hotel was centrally located in RI and made it easy to get places. I was disappointed with the restaurant. There was not a lot of diversity on the menu and the prices were expensive. Also there was a wedding there on evening and it closed off the restaurant/ bar inside and outside to the guests staying at the hotel.
Location. Only. Enormous Power Outage. Since it was an unforeseeable weather catastrophe, depleting power to the majority of city, the hotel can not be blamed for this. But...what they can be blamed for, having NO emergency lights, a violation of state law, in hallways that actually functioned when power went out. Enormous safety and fire hazard. Not to mention, NO A/C, NO Hot water, NO clean water. Nothing. Brown, dirty water came out of faucet. What's worse is that we were forced to check out, as the 99% of the hotel guests did, and they pretended like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to check out without a penalty, but still charging us for the first check-in date, despite 5+ hours of no electricity, no safety, no A/C, no clean-warm water. We asked if they wanted us to be a future, loyal customer to NYLO, they refused to say, and said they were still charging us for 1st nights stay despite half the day with no power, no reimbursement, no warm water, no clean water, using flashlights to move out our luggage and having to carry luggage down flights of stairs as no elevators had power, despite a physical disability. We would never suggest or even think of staying at another NYLO chain with the lack of any compassion toward customer's satisfaction. Spent the next 8 hours in search of a new hotel. What a terrific stay, NOT. Good luck with future guests.
Not much. Decor interesting Location not great. Rooms not comfortable, very little space to put clothing, poor lighting. Restaurant food not very good, wait very long.
close to airport No in room refrigerator or dresser, no continental breakfast
I enjoyed the style and atmosphere of the hotel. We arrived close to 2am, and were greeted with a warm welcome and assisted with any needs we had, in a timely manner, by Julie who was doing everything herself - and beyond excellent job at that. The bar staff was friendly, made us feel at home. Arriving in the middle of the night, Julie was alone at the front desk, as well as providing us with any needs we had, such as, bringing us more pillows. As a female, I do not think it is safe for a female to be at a facility on her own. Also, the following morning we were never greeted or welcomed by the front desk employees. They were talking with one another instead of acknowledging their staff.
I loved the rooms.
The loft concept is unique and captivating first impression. The bathroom shower was not clean, dirt and grime were caked into the shower curtain. The walls and corners of the shower were dirty as well. Air in the room felt to congested, concrete floors were nice for the industrial feel but not comfortable to walk on. Apart from cleanliness of bathroom and the delay for drinks to arrive at our table for dinner, the hotel was worth the stay
The bathroom wall is translucent and doesn't go completely up to the ceiling. If one goes to the batroom at night the light shining through and over the wall disturbs the partner. Also, the wall having a space at the top allows bathroom sounds and aromas to enter the rest of the room. If one prefers privacy, this is not the place.
Arrived late at night at airport (next to hotel) and left early in the mornning. Slept.
I think it was a great value for the money. It is close enough to main attractions (Providence, beaches, Zoo), it provides complementary breakfast, very clean, great staff. The room was very confortable. I was surprised by a call to the room about 5 minutes after walking in, asking if I found everything fine.
I liked the location and easy access to highway and shopping. Also close to airpot and NEIT The only thing I did not like and its not a deal breaker, but my guest and I never had 2 wash cloths, always had to ask for another one.
It's great for a few nights stay. Very comfortable beds. More food needs to be provided. Or a snack machine.
good location, good size room, the sink outside of the bathroom, comfortable bed, clean, lounge in hotel.
The room was nice. We did have a pull out couch in the room but it would have been nice if there were linens left in the room so we could have used it. Overall it was a nice stay.
No fridge. Way too close to airport
close to the airport, airport shuttle wifi not working, strange smell in the bathroom
i liked everything
The staff were really friendly, and our room was bigger than expected. The bed was also really comfortable. The heat was not on in the room when we got there, so we were freezing for the first two hours in our room...we kept our coats on while we took a nap. I also had an allergic reaction to something in the room, likely the detergent that the sheets are washed in. But that wasn't really in anyone's control. Overall we had a good stay!
It was a reasonably priced hotel that provided a nice, clean and comfortable room. I have celiac disease and would've preferred to have some yogurt at the continental breakfast. The fresh peaches were a nice touch (although I don't care for peaches). There were eggs - but they weren't appealing looking at all. Hardboiled would've been better.
Loved the bed it was extremely comfortable. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating The bathroom was alittle small, once you got out the shower their was little room to move
It was a good price, near Newport, RI. We didn't hear any noise from the airport.
We were picked up promptly after our late night arrival. Very friendly and cirterous staff. Perfect for our needs.
Early breakfast, clean rooms, quiet, competent staff, airport shuttle
The front desk agent who picked me up at the airport and with transportation information was enthusiastic and very helpful.
Convenience to the airport Breakfast wasn't bad. I had a hard-boiled egg and toast, a yogurt and piece of fruit. We didn't have much time or I might have made myself a waffle. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Perfect for needing a place close to the airport. You can hear the noise of the highway. My own fault for not complaining, but there were some extremely noisy guests on our floor, late at night and early in the morning. The front desk mentioned it when we checked out and asked if we had been disturbed.
Friendly and helpful folks. Great value. Clean and enjoyable basics.
It was a great place to stay for a quick over night stay while visiting Providence Waterfire. it was clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport.
Hotel very convenient to airport. If you arrive later at night, it is easier to call hotel to confirm the next shuttle. Was literally 3 minutes by shuttle to hotel. Good quiet hotel room, nice hotel, good breakfast.
Proximity and shuttle service to airport. Shuttle service was limited and did not include service to shopping mall. Desk clerk argued with me about charges - he claimed I did not pay in advance which I did. He telephoned later to confirm that I had paid in advance and that he altered my final bill to reflect the correct charge.
The staff were great and it was very clean. There was an incident while there and the cops were called, you could hear people screaming through the walls partying until about 4am with neighboring rooms banging on walls to shut them up, and the elevator feels extremely unsafe/slow/and makes a loud noise while you're in it.
Staff was helpful and told us everything we needed. Checkout took about 10 seconds. The building is nothing special but it was everything we needed for a quick stay. Room had a nice TV and a microwave/fridge. The carpets were slightly damp which was a little weird/gross. The floor in the bathroom was a little sticky.
Staff was nice hotel was clean everything worked. Waffle batter was kinda meh
v was not working and staff told me whan part comes in it will be fixed
Comparable room with plenty of space Got a room right next to elevator but that's no ones fault really
Wonderful towels We're late sleepers. The breakfast was taken away before we could get to it.
The staff was helpful * The cost was economical * location from airport was a plus * continental breakfast was available * The elevator is really SLOW. I waited on the elevator, got tired of waiting and walked down to the lobby and still beat others who were waiting on the elevator. * Fitness center has limited equipment * breakfast was available but the quality of food/fruit was poor.
Room was good, service was friendly and for a one night stay it satisfies all my needs.
Too little or not choices for breakfast
Nothing. Would not recommend Wasn't clean. Needs to be updated
Location was good close to I 95. Bed was comfortable, Nice over sized chair. Step inside, nope no way. The place needs an internal overhaul. The elevator stinks of Hydraulic fluid. There is an obvious leak in the pit. Scary too as you step onto it it drops an inch. They call that leveling. I call it a leaky seal down in the pit. No towels in my room, The light was out in the entry way. The phone did not work. I called the desk to ask for towels and in room phone was dead. I called the desk on my cell and No Answer. The housekeeper found the light was out the next day. No fridge in the room. Desk chair was losy and uncomfortable. The place is bare bones. The TV was an older flat screen and there was no HDMI so I could set up my chrome cast and watch netflix. My room was on the fourth floor the Gym was the next room down. I heard that door banging during my entire stay. Over and over. Hey maintenance ever hear of a door closer? Sheesh! I have go back in Oct. I will pass on LaQuinta Providence
I liked the price of the room and the fact that they did have a free breakfast available. Also, I like that the rooms were pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. That the hallways echo every step and voice. It was hard to focus on anything in my room as I could hear every door slamming, person talking or walking down the hall. It would be great if they had signs posted to hopefully deter this.
Spending the evening with my wife For the Crowne Plaza and the price ($300+ for the New Year's Eve platinum package), hors d'oeuvres should have consisted of caviar, salmon and meats rather than cheese, crackers and grapes. Salad was disappointing. Main course buffet was just average. No dessert other than mini pastries with coffee and tea. The band, Steve Smith & the Nakeds were their usual horrible selves, not entertaining and nearly impossible to dance to.
Great friendly staff. Many new renovations. Breakfast had good variety and all was fresh. We didn't know the pool was closed for renovations til we got there (upsetting to 3 11 year old girls) but we were offered shuttle service to a neighboring hotel for use of their pool.
Clean comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was a bit spotty. We were at the far end of the hall and the signal was a little weak.
Staff terrific, rooms (on 3rd floor) newly renovated and spacious. Large comfy king-size bed, as well as couch, fridge, microwave, etc. Room clean. Mattress, pillows and bedding so comfortable. Were in town to visit family. Convenient location. Excellent price. Good breakfast options. Hot coffee and tea 24 hours. Highly recommend Upon walking in, lobby floor unfinished. Undergoing renovation. Understandably, rugs in elevators littered with construction debris (i.e., small sheetrock pieces and dust). Otherwise, excellent.
The room we has wAs spacious and tr oocation was great. we ended up in a smoking room, which was not ideal for our allergies and the fact that we dont smoke, but we had no choice but to take it as it was the only room left when we got thereabd other hotels in the area were all booked up. The kayak website is very misleading, all of the features of the toom run together and it said smoking free.....but didnt show the rest, in the confirmation it then showed smoking free high speed internet. I likely wont use kayak agIain, it was horrible experience.
it is close to the airport, i have always found your chain to mean excellent service and facilities at a fair price.
shuttle available early morning for airport. driver helpful and courteous. Soccer tournament in town and although kids were polite, it was very noisy in the guest room hallway, up until 11 pm. no restaurant was disappointing and may cause me to choose another venue next time.
Location with ride to airport which was right next door. Also gave a breakfast to go for our early departure. Breakfast was good. Card reader system was not working. There was not a frig or micro wave in the room.
Friendly staff, convenient location, although it is right next to the airport we never heard a plane. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. breakfast we good too! No fridge in the rooms.
Very clean and fashionable Great restaurant in the hotel. Nothing
We had a short overnight stay. We were treated well. We had shuttle service with a smile at 5 am. It was clean and quiet and lovely. Thanks.
The only appeal is it's adjacent location to the Iron Works Restaurant & Bar The most pathetic propiership and the most unkept
The main room was very inviting and warm to walk into. There was no issues
The breakfast! I'd like breakfast included in. Hotel's price.
I really like this Hotel, in fact we want to extend our stay, but both of us are working the same. The place is perfect, Highly recommended. Nothing.
email me if you really want to know. I doubt anyone reads this...email@example.com
Eveything was clean and neat the way a hotel should be Don't have any dislikes
Beautiful suite room. One of our top 5 king suites
Staff was very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Overall, a standard middle of the road hotel chain. No continental breakfast. A drink and pastry was included from a small cafe in the lobby, but it was not a very substantial breakfast
Comfortable Staff is helpful and laid back Willing to accommodate your needs without any issue Overall clean and quiet location. Didn't replace our towels the second day, just took the dirty ones so we did not have a floor mat for the bathroom when we came back. You can hear EVERYTHING at this hotel. Whirlpool jet bathtub jets needed to be cleaned. Dirty soap bubbles coming out of the jets. Needless to say we didn't get in. For the price, executive rooms could get some slippers or robes or something. Just food for thought.
staff as always at a school run property very welcoming and helpful and warm. room was clean and quiet staff brought requested fridge within 15 minutes room was very small and bathroom tiny.could use some maintainance as a bit shabby. we specifically booked for the sleep number beds but room did not have them. thermostat was defective. staff got it to work but only briefly
I went to RI as a getaway trip for me and my wife. This was not a planed out trip we where going to "figure it out along the way". I asked the staff what there was to do in the area. They not only have me a detailed brake down of the local and touristy attractions one of the gentleman actually brought up maps to our room(whitch was beautiful btw) with locations and suggestions as to the order in whitch I should do the events taylored to my taste. Thanks to them our fly by the seat of our pants trip was full of exciting, romantic and relaxing activities. On one of our later nights we brought back desert to our room and I called the front desk to ask for plates and forks and was going to go pick them up. Instead they sent them up to our room and the person who delivered them wouldn't even accept a tip. This is a great hotel with great people who work there. I will suggest them to all. Nothing
great hotel, wonderful town
The service No pool
Our room was not ready. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for a room after we had arrived after the check in time. Then we were told the room we were supposed to have had maintenance issues and we were moved from a suite to a regular room. The shower curtain in our room was ripped away from many of the grommets on the pole. There was an event that night and some of the guests were very loud and belligerent returning to their rooms.
Newly renovated. Quiet interior though it is one mile from the airport. Extremely convenient. Restaurants within walking distance. No place to hang the wet towels when we got out of the shower.
Our room was old with cracked painted, smelled horrible. One the plus side the towels and bedding were nice. I'd never stay here again or any Radisson based on this room it was just gross.
The hotel staff and room were wonderful.A little difficult to find behind another building No everything was great
The hotel was as expected for the price. It was clean, staff was friendly and efficient.
Staff was very helpful.
We booked a room for 2 for one night. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Plenty of pillows and the AC worked well. Staff were very friendly. Almost everything was perfect, I wish the windows opened more than a few inches but I am aware why many hotels do that and it's definitely not a legitimate complaint. The room was lovely.
the check in and check out were easy and the hotel, had lots of families, which we liked. would have like the hotel to offer free breakfast buffet, and there was nothing around the hotel. It was in a very industrial location, so everything we needed, we had to jump on the highway.
Fluffy towels, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, new carpeting Price way over priced for an airport hotel
Reasonable price, decent breakfast, basic hotel near the airport not located in very nice area
Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds conveniently positioned near the Interstate Highway in the business quarter.
Nothing Yes. When we arrived at the front desk at 11 p.m. on a Friday evening (after a three hour drive), the front desk clerk checked us in promptly. When I opened the door to the room, I found it was not the type of room that we had requested and paid for on booking.com. Instead of a two-bedroom suite that would accommodate our large travel party, it was one room with two beds almost touching each other. I returned to the front desk with my booking.com reservation confirmation in hand. The front-desk clerk said that she didn't have any rooms for us other than the one she provided. I pointed out that we had prepaid for the two-bedroom set-up. The clerk said she didn't care -- word for word! -- and that she couldn't do anything. I asked for the general manager's contact information and said I would call him at home if necessary. When our argument escalated, a front-desk clerk who was just starting his shift stepped in and apologized for the other clerk's behavior. I suggested that he find us another room on the property. After a nice discussion, he provided us with a second room, even though it was inconveniently located at a distance away from the other room. If it had been earlier, I would have left this hotel and checked into a Starwood property using my SPG points. My experience here was absolutely horrible.
Friendly staff, nice facilities incl. pool & jacuzzi, clean room, safe surroundings..
The layout of the room, the amount of space, and the grounds were outstanding. Also for the number of people coming and going it was quite quiet. As we had activities early in the morning the 3 days we stayed it would have been really nice to have had breakfast available at an earlier hour.
Front desk staff were excellent Breakfast selection was horrible
It was absolutely clean inside and out. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the leather couch. Nope

Kitchen facilities and price. Could be noisy at times.
Staff was really friendly and accomadating Room 113 had a faucet that dripped, I forgot to mention it to staff-If I had I sure they would have attended to it quickly.

Having a kitchen was great. Another blanket would be nice as a standard.

Convenient location. Second stay at this location and each time had to wait for hotel staff at check in. The beds while very comfortable are small and with only one bed in the rooms there is no other option.
The front desk is very attentive. Plenty of parking. Quiet and clean accomodations
The kitchen and the area close to shopping centers No coffee maker in room, thin sheets, small towels, breakfast sucks, paractical comfort care packages are not properly washed.
Poor quality of bed, pillows where super flat , rug had holes and tears
I liked that it was conveniently off the highway The bathroom need fixing. They are not property maintained. The rooms look dirty and smell. The bed was supposed to be a Queen size but it looked like a Full size. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets didnt look clean. The room didnt have extra pillows or an iron. The only good thing about the room was the big flat screen TV and the AC. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and TLC. The hallways smelled. There is a pool but it was closed. In speaking to one of the housekeepers, we were told the pool is closed because its too much money to maintain it. I feel that it was too expensive for the quality of the place. I will not be staying here again. I rather pay an extra $20 and stay in a better place.
Tia at the front desk was very nice. Other than that nothing came close to being acceptable. The room was filthy with pieces of paper bags and dirt on the floor. The room was not cleaned the first night and we had to go get towels for the morning from the front desk. We came back to the room about midnight. The second night the room was supposedly cleaned however the paper garbage was still on the floor and the sheets were not changed. I know this because there was a very obvious stain on the bedsheet right below where you put your pillow. The room had no box of tissues and the only amenities were two travel soaps. When I asked the desk about the room cleaning the man said it was done and all the towels and bath matts were there. He lied straight out. While I was in the office another man came in and said he was disgusted and wanted to leave despite his reservation for 4 nights. Then another couple came in complaining. It was almost a comedy. The hotel refused to give anyone back any money and the owner/manager was outright nasty. The place was out of date, the towels we did see were threadbare, the mattress springs squeaked and poked, and the shower head was sticking out of a hole in the wall. The pool still had the cover on and it was mid June. This site is not owned by Motel 6 but does use its name. It is making a very bad name for Motel 6.
The motel should have advertised that they were in the middle of full renovations! The place smelled awful and there was dust EVERYWHERE the outside doors to get inside kept getting stuck even though the light turned green showing it accepted my room key! Anytime my boyfriend or I want outside it woukdntake at least 4 tries to get the outside door (C) opened. The place was just so dirty. I really wished they had advertised that they were undergoing renovations because I would have booked a different hotel!
Lower cost A few hours into my sleep around 11 pm very loud noises were heard. This was apparently a family going in and out of the room opposite to me with a small kid. This continues for a good 5 to 10 min.
Clean room and helpful staff. Apparently there are some long term residents who live at the motel and there were some kids hanging out unsupervised making noise and messes in lobby area.
Cheap and convenient, but the saying goes that you get what you pay for. Well, we didn't even get that. I have paid the same or less at other hotels, and gotten more out of it then here. Flat pillows, no shampoo or conditioner, a single bath towel, even despite the booking showing two adults. The pros, as few as they are, is the room rate was cheap, compared to others in the area, and location was convenient, right off the highway, and as a bonus, across from a Dunkins, for breakfast and coffee.
Room available for last minute booking, fairly reasonable rate, free wifi. The staff was not friendly but efficient. The rooms smelled of smoke. I was almost afraid of sleeping in the bed as the room just seemed outdated and in desperate need of updating.
Convenience. Room had a musty odor. Smelled of mold/wet.
The room was spacious and the staff was always friendly. I never expect too much from continental breakfasts, but this one was pretty pitiful. It consisted of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, oatmeal, granola bars, and fruit. Additionally the beds were fine, but a little firm for my taste.
Clean rooms and helpful staff
Lobby coffee Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere Unsteady elevator Dirty parking lot Carpet stains Bubbling counter top
The staff was helpful and accommodating in trying to fix all problems. The hot water did not work in my first room and the room itself was freezing. When I changed rooms, the toilet seat was broken, and I was woken up by an arguing family across the hallway. All aspects of my stay were uncomfortable.
Hotel smelled of stale smoke in hallways and inside room. Was offered to change rooms to only have the other room smell just as bad.
bed was super comfortable, room was spotless, soundproofing excellent. Nice to have extra bit of room with couch area. no back entrance from the back side of the parking lot - had to walk around to the front which seems silly.
Large rooms with a sitting room. Very clean and fresh. Seemed recently remodeled. Indoor pool. Good complimentary breakfast.
Actually my wife and I are not smokers and we were placed in a room that allow smokers which I think should not be allowed.... The room realy smell something awful... Beside that the stay would have been comfortable better The receptionists and/ or the front desk staff did not inform us about amenities such as dishes and blankets that are kept behind the desk for sanitary purposes.... found out during check out
