Everything was very good or excellent, but the seats were extremely uncomfortable and painful.
The crew were efficient. The pilots seemed professional. It was a bit chilly in our seats. The sheet provided weren’t very helpful.
The Boarding process was great. Particularly since my wife and I require assistance. The flight attendants were amazing. We travel frequently; they honestly were a cut above. 😀
Plenty of leg room, temperature was great and staff was excellent. Would do it more often.
Passengers need to check in big baggage instead of bringing on the plane. That cause inconvenience for everyone. Otherwise flight was good.
Great. Very smooth. Plenty of information. However, wish they would give out a menu in advance of making a dinner choice like other international airlines. The flight attendant says chicken or pasta and there are details about ingredients or spices requiring the passenger to ask which requires the flight attendant to answer many times. So easy to solve this problem. P
All fine save for the abominable catering. Really gone downhill. We found it all inedible.
Late flight caused a missed connection, had to be put on a later international flight without my requested vegan meal.
Half the bathrooms assigned to economy were out of action
The crew members were great. The food was good. Entertainment was average - Could use a wider and better selections of movies and series.
Check on was very hard. I believe my seats had been selected when I booked, but when I checked in I had to select seats. My previous pre assigned seats were no longer showing and I had to take seats I did not want. Check in took me forever. I also had to pay an additional 22/seat when I had already paid. Lastly thought I had pre paid for a checked bag., but that did not show up so I had to pay for a checked bag. 75.00????
Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.

Boarding from the SFO lounge is a big improvement. Although the first class dining room inside the lounge is becoming very crowded.
we originally had premium economy seats when we booked, but because we were forced to re-book because the first leg of our journey was delayed for several hours, we had to fly economy. Less room, less comfortable.
The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!
Flight was canceled with little notice or explanation. There were no other flights to Belfast from Heathrow, so I had to travel across town to London City (or wait until the next day).
