Cons: Bathrooms not updated and comparable to some other airlines. Crew can be a bit more interactive and friendly.

Cons: Seats were very close and movies ok

Cons: the worst gluten-free food of any airline, and I've tried quite a few! And when the person in front reclines their seat, there's very little space left.

Cons: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Cons: Everything - Seating is so cramped. Food was even worse than usual airline food. Will never fly Aer Lingus again

Pros: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Cons: I would have expected in business class not to have to literally climb over other passengers to get out of my seat. The diagram I had looked at before picking a seat made it look like that would not be a problem but when others are laying flat there is no other choice but to climb over hoping not to fall over them or wake them up

Cons: The least comfortable and smallest narrow business class seats ever

Cons: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.

Cons: Cabin was cramped. Food quality was so so.

Pros: Plane was new and good
