Barmen cool, service cool
The casino downstairs was a little surprising, and the hostel wasn't very well-marked (a patron even dismissed the idea of there being a hotel there as ludicrous right before an employee told me it was upstairs). They did give out 500 dinars of casino credit though.
Room was clean and big, beds were okay.
This hotel is a part of a casino bar (which is not mentioned in their description)! We arrived at night and there was no official check-in. Guardian of that casino just took our passports (which is very vierd) as a deposit and gave us keys form our room. In the morning (at 10 a.m.) we dicieded to check out and pay for our accomodation, but administrator told us that their box-office doesn't work and they don't accept credit cards nor can't give us a receipt. We had to find ATM and pay with cash. Also administrator told us that according to their system we booked for 2 days, but we booked only one night. We refused to pay for one more night. We also booked a breakfast but we were told that it's not included in the price. So we paid for one night and breakfast but didn't get it. We wanted our passports back so decieded not to argue with the people on reseption. We don't recommend you to stay at this place.
Great location, professional, friendly and kind staff, it only takes 5min to the city center with bus. The hotel was very clean and warm as well. We would definitely go again there!! :))
bed was nice, really cozy. The room is new and clean.
the hostel is literally in the big ugly casino on the last floor. I also didn't feel very safe at the late evening, when local guys came to gamble. Also, the shower, that supposed to be in the room, but it had another door leading to the hall. It was locked, but anyway it's a bit frightening and confusing — what if someone else has a key)) And there was very cold, despite the air conditioning and +28 on it's screen.
