Pros:Room a bit dated looking but spacious clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful treats and why we choose here.

Pros:The view of the river was nice and the location of the hotel was great.
Cons:We were not able to check into our room until 8 pm when stated check in is 4 pm. The staff stated this was due to house keepers not showing up, however this is a common occurrence on reviews (wish I would have read them instead of relying on stars). When trying to fall asleep, you could hear every little thing the room above you is doing. The rooms and carpet were old. The room was listed as a suite, but was merely a room with two queen beds and a refrigerator. Will definitely not be coming back.

Cons:1) Specifically got and paid for a room with an extra sofa bed, but despite a handful of calls to the front desk, we couldn't get the sofa bed made up! 2) Randomly, of the four nights, the room was not made one day and new towels weren't provided another night.

Pros:Large suite for the price and the indoor pool open until 2300.
Cons:The entire suite that we stayed in had not been updated in the last 30 years. Old carpet and upholstery on the furniture. The toilet looked like a tiny spaceship, and the tv was a big cube that was on a cart that rolled around the suite as far as the cables would allow. The continental breakfast was terrible, we got there with an hour before it closed, and had to wait for more plates, and there were only scraps left. No eggs, some small hard bits that used to be sausage, no potatoes, the bread was stale, juice was empty, etc. I won't be staying here again.

Pros:I liked that it was conveniently located and no road noise. Breakfast is provided, but runs out of food quickly and doesn't get replenished in a timely manner.
Cons:There doesn't seem to be any sort of housekeeping checklist. Found a dog turd under my bed, lampshades askew, missing lightbulbs, items from previous guests left behind in room, 1.5 pillows per person for a king size bed, had to wait at front desk for a breakfast voucher for 15 minutes, free breakfast was down to a handful of potatoes and some cold cereal by 8:45am and didn't see it get replenished for 30 minutes after I arrived, parking lot icy and dangerous, old square televisions, door between rooms splintered and not secure, lights in toilet room didn't work, very dark room even during the day.

Pros:The hotel was a little outdated, but the room was huge and very comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub to warm up after rafting the cold Deschutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And we liked the location.
Cons:The complimentary breakfast wasn't great. All of the hot food was cold, so we went somewhere else for breakfast. But the room was such a great value, we didn't really mind.
