Room #2215 air conditioner barely worked. Could not get below 75. Other than that the room was great. Nice staff!
Find better for less.
Location was nice, room was clean and we had a balcony. Restaurant outside seating is on the river.
"Property view" means you can look out on the parking lot from the balcony.
Clean rooms, river view from patio, nice bathroom, indoor pool, free internet and 6 port charger with USB on table.
No free breakfast and breakfast was expensive at Currents. Staff should have informed us that there is construction going on across the river. I guess they are putting in foundation for new building.
Room with Fireplace
the wind goes down the chimney and your room becomes filled with smoke... not very romantic
Riverhouse on the Deschutes lives up to its name, as it overlooks the picturesque Deschutes River. The hotel is inspired by traditional lodgings located in the area, back in the day, and it also contains a convention center for larger gatherings to congregate. The hotel is a short, 12-minute walk away from Sawyer Park and is only 1.7 miles away from downtown. This means guests are able to access a lot of attractive shops, boutiques, and delicious dining spots.
The lodge-style rooms offer guests flat-screen TVs and free wireless Internet access, along with coffeemakers, microwaves, and minifridges. Some rooms also feature private balconies and patios for guests to sit on and enjoy relaxing views of the river and more. Guests staying in the hotel's suite option will enjoy a kitchen, fireplace, whirlpool hot tub, multiple bedrooms, and some suites also offer separate living rooms for even more space and comfort. Laundry service is also offered to guests for an additional fee.
The hotel features a restaurant serving delicious bites to eat, while both an indoor and outdoor pool are located at the hotel as well. Also, guests will be sure to appreciate a relaxing and refreshing dip in the hotel's hot tubs, especially during those colder months where nothing beats hot tubbing in cold weather. A business center is located in the hotel for guests who need to get some work finished. Meanwhile, the conference center in the hotel can host up to 1,200 people for large events and gatherings.
